Agnostic are the people who believe in god or some kind of higher force but have no religion 

What you're talking about is called agnostic theism.

Agnostic are people who doesn't know if god/higher force exists or not regardless of whether they believe in it.
Agnostic theism are people who doesn't know if god/higher force exist but they believe they do.
Agnostic atheism are people who doesn't know if god/higher force exist but they don't believe they do.
