It was in an interview that he did after Road To Ninja. He was asked what Naruto would name his child, and Kishimoto said that he wanted Naruto's son to be named Menma, but since he used that name for the movie, he would name him something else. Shinchi... something or other. LOL. It's another word for Menma.

Before I forget, xxRGxx , here's a couple of my beefs about your post:

What if Sakura was in Hinata's place?? I'm not gonna dispute the confession itself, but what I want to ask is the fact she's endangering herself. If this is applied to Hinata, then what about Sakura?? what if Sakura was the one fighting Pain and got killed as a result?? what would you say?? stupid??? selfless???. You're bringing up the fact that if Hinata had died, it would guilt trip Naruto in more ways than one and that Hinata's act was nothing but utter stupidity. What if we switched it around?? what would you say to that??


Uhhh.... did you not read 614?? she was crying. But in 615, she had to do the pep talk. Because as Madara said it himself, if Obito can break Naruto, the alliance will fall apart. It's debatable, but if she had really been thinking of the importance of keeping up the Alliance's morale, then she's definitely not quite as selfish as you make her out to be.

All in all, I agree with the rest. Well done as always.

I left some out lol. My point is, either way, Naruto would be guilt-tripped. There's no avoiding it. Just confessing you love someone and saying that's why you're doing this would guilt-trip him more. If Sakura did it, it would be the same though better IMO because she wouldn't confess she loves him. Confessing your feelings like that when you're about to die is selfish.

I did say Hinata was crying. She did cry and she was sad. I was just explaining why it's wrong to compare that to SasuNaru, since Naruto was a lot closer to Sasuke and would take it a lot harder. Just the comparision is weak.

Up until episode 32 of P1 Naruto. Percentage wise that would mean she had her long hair for only 24% of the original show; 14% if you include filler.

@HauntedCake - Like sushi, I think the peeping scenes sre from when Team Kakashi(led by Yamato), went to a hot spring resort in the Sai and Sasuke arc.

Don't remember Sakura doing that in those pics but I have to say, looking at these angles it's great to see what Naruto has to look forward to in the future...

EDIT: Actually, Atheck's post seems to ring some bells (that's not a subliminal message BTW ), I think it IS ep. 101 of the original series. Sorry, sushi.

I agree, and she already sees Naruto as her friend from the beginning, she didn't wait part 2 to realize that.

However, Kishi does have different editors as time passes by. These editors can be highly influential in determining the course of the manga. So, the way I see it, it's (almost) the same with Digimon.

You really have to stop taking that so seriously. Wasn't it argued already that the polls are more influent on the mangaka newcomers? Kishi is the second most important mangaka of Japan, and maybe number one world wide (it's a pity One Piece never really took off outside Japan). I don't think anyone is demanding that he changes the course of his story given the success record that he holds.

The most they do is give Kishi advice on what to add and what to cut, and Kishi likes taking advice from time to time. If Kishi thinks that the recommended change is good or at least acceptable he'll go along with it, other wise I'm sure he would take issue with it. Besides, didn't Kishi constantly changed editors some years back? Does that sound like a man who is whipped into doing the will of others?

The more successful you are the more stuff you can get away with, even Kishi demonstrates it with Road to Ninja. He constantly kept making last minute changes in the story to the point of tiring out the staff. Now that's a man with true power.

In any case, please don't compare changing writers to changing editors. They are not even close, let alone almost the same. The editors gives ideas to the writer, but at the end of the day it's the same writer who develops that idea. Making another person write the same story will likely have way notable effects since no one person thinks the same.
