Faint love..for sakura
So how do we rate hisnonexistentfeelings for Hinata?
Secretly in love? A mistranslation? I thought Hinata confess to Naruto already..
Oh wait sorry i forgot we have to forget those 15 years in the manga.
Omg so much yes right here! In all honesty as we get closer to the movie I know that some NH fans are going to see the light. Already some of them are saying that they preferred an ending were NS was canon because they feel their ship came out of nowhere, which it did, but I'm happy to see ppl actually looking at the facts. This movie, every minute of if is going to hurt, even for NH. I'm not sure about SS because we don't know how often Sasuke will be on screen, but still, it will sting. They are either going to see Naruto be rejected or just claim that he had "slight" feelings for Sakura. Either way it's proof that he has no romantic feelings for Hinata and she will indeed be an "official" rebound girl.
I am now thinking about what that narrator meant when he said "Sakura has become more womanly.Surely Naruto..." This in addition to this article makes me thing Naruto loving Sakura does exist in the movie and something will happen between the two which will ruin NS and this is the reason why Naruto is standing close to Hinata and away from Sakura in the rescue team and why it seems Sakura is encouraging Hinata on something Naruto related.I think a rejection scene is there in this movie and this is the reason why Naruto does not love Hinata for those 2 years thinking he still has a chance with Sakura.Kishi didnt give closure to NS in the manga so either he is taking the lazy way out pretending Naruto's feelings for Sakura never existed or there is a rejection scene and combining the above 2 points is now making me think if its the latter
It's so horrible you look at the mess that this movie has created. It isnt giving answers, it's taking what we know lighting it on fire and then sh**ting on it. I can't stress how OOC this movie feels right now, especially with all this oh yeah Naruto really didn't love Sakura. What makes things even worse is that they make in 2 years later.....why do that?! This movie would make more sense if it was right after 699 I could easily buy Naruto's confession and then rejection, but not 2 years later.

You know from what I have seen what will probably happen is at the beginning all the rookies will be together and you may see Ino and Sai together as well as Shikamaru and Temari and such to show those pairings. Then later Sakura will encourage Hinata to go after Naruto and mention her feelings for Sasuke. You get the rest of the movie where Naruto falls in love with Hinata. Then when they are done and Naruto's team comes back to Konoha after Sasuke protected it we see Sakura jump in Sasuke's arms. Wow that would be terrible but I can see it happen.

Thanks for the depressingly descriptive plausible prediction :(

If this is a love story for Hinata and Naruto, why is Hinata's character song so sad?

So we feel sorry for her, of course. Hinata's character is the typical woobie.

Coz Naruto character is nothing but a sad comedy .
And so called "love" in this manga is a disaster,u don't play happy songs for a disaster.

It's actually going to be a lot worse than you might think it is, especially in regards to Sakura.

We already know she's playing matchmaker for NH, other than that I guess she'll have a strictly "professional" relationship with Naruto in the movie (as in, mission related dialogue ONLY). Maybe we'll get a few Sasuke-kuns here and there.

Because she knows she's just a rebound girl. It says in movie advertisements that she hates herself for not doing anything sooner when it comes to telling Naruto her feelings. Now she's getting him because his true love went with someone else.

So they've resorted to retconning how Naruto actually felt?
Is that just a random article or an official promotional release from Studio Pierrot?

Actually, it's worse than simply playing match maker for NH and having a professional relationship with Naruto.

Naruto had a faint love for Sakura???? OMG they are making this so much worse. How in the hell is this the Naruto I grew to know, he loved her so selflessly and now they decide to kitten on his feelings. Naruto was never shown to be dishonest about his emotions. He is the hero, not a side character who is shown to have fickle emotions. His motto was 'to never give up' I would think that applied to everything he loved and believed in. They are sh**ting on the bond that naruto and sakura had, even if in the end we 'misinterpretted' their relationship, Naruto and Sakura still had the best developed bond. He loved sakura and he moved on, simple. Why are they making it now as if he never really loved her in the first place. They are making Naruto seem like someone who wasn't true to his feelings just to make light for naruhina so that it makes more sense. This makes me very sad. This Naruto who had a 'faint love' is not the Naruto I grew to love.
I said it once, Eclair, I'll say it again; SING IT, BABY, SING IT!!!

Worse than that... I guess she'll be a doormat the whole movie unless in the SS-relevant moments.
