Wade is done, Garrett promoted. Jerruh watched his mediocre team get embarrassed on national televison, and it was enough to pull the trigger. Billions of dollars went towards this team, and getting them to play in the Super Bowl at home. They bought into they're hype and thought it would come easy to them, it didn't. They were embarrassed, outplayed, and outcoached. The team is a wreck, the coaches are incompetent, and the players are quitters. They deserve this season, and I'll enjoy every single second of it. How bout them cowboys?
I agree. Even teams that have sucked for a while now still give it all they've got. It's even more of a shame because the Cowboys have talent but absolutely no drive or heart.
About the game itself: I like the Packers and the fact that they won, but I at least want to see a competitive game. It was kind of painful. Like watching a Jr. High practice squad vs a Starting line up College team.
Vikings/ Cards: Cards suffered the same fates as the Lions, all they had to do was hold on to win. Like the Favre magic towards the end but we can't rely on it to appear all the time, need more consistency, hopefully they'll have it once Sydney Rice returns but because of the drama, I doubt it.
Lions: These guys need to stop getting in their own way, and they need a Quarterback who's as talented but without the injury prone problems. The tackle that injured him was pretty standard... They should worry. And maybe look elsewhere. They've got a really great pass-rushing defense and enough talent on their offense, they just need a healthy QB and to stop making so many mistakes.
Bears: 3 pt win against a 0-6 team? No good.
Raiders: Wow... Watching Ford pull away from the Chiefs... that's a scary type of speed. Good on the raiders, they just need more consistency from Campbell.
Eagles over the Colts: All i really gotta say about this game is Good on the Eagles, but Vick needs to not get hit so often... it's his own fault really, and he needs to watch it if he wants a long QB career, especially in light of all the concussions as of late.
