Excuse my language but I'm really having a hard time trying to understand what in the actual kitten Naruto meant when he said "It's because you've been by my side this whole time." Huh? Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it Sakura, the female ninja, whose been beside Naruto this whole time, not Hinata?

Yeah. How come Gaara was so forgiving of that? Same thing. It's not very realistic that Gaara would forgive the village and the village in turn forget his actions against them. Gaara murdered people for the lullz, though. It is not a little bad thing he did and the villagers had every reason to loathe him.

I find the argument that SasuKarin is better than SasuSaku silly. Karin and Sakura essentially were the same. Both were in love with Sasuke, who didn't romantically love either one back. He cared for them both and showed kindness to them but also did horrible things to them. He saved both of their lives or was willing to. Then he tried to kill them both. He stabbed Karin because he so badly needed to kill some guy, while she was begging him to help her... Yet SasuKarin is supposed to be a-okay while SS is teh horror.

Karin is a tsundere in front of Sasuke while Sakura is more of a fangirl.
She even called Sasuke a weakling and insulted him front of Suigetsu and Juugo.

the other bolded part i disagree, sakura thanked sasuke because she thought he saved her but then he told the truth saying that actually was Naruto.
Sasuke never awakened a hidden power o protect Sakura unlike Naruto.

He awakened a hidden power that manipulates the form of amateratsu just to save Karin.

The third i said that SasuKarin has way more chances because her reason to love sasuke is more legit than Sakura, she's going to confront Sasuke, only kishi knows what she will do.

Sakura often gets to play the role of "the prize for Naruto", as well. At least in the fan theories. Maybe my tolerance is less suprising when you hear that I'm a SS shipper.

Yes, she does, but only for people who go so far as to consider Naruto's happiness alone. I consider NS to be a reciprocating pairing. Sakura's character would benefit from NS the most as her development stages would have proceed from dislike -> sympathy -> friendship -> absolute trust and admiration -> love. She would have been the female constructively developed the most. That as well as the fact that outgrowing her feelings for Sasuke would earn her character some respect given the events that spurred on from them... Also I'm hardly surprised. It's been my observation that the most tolerant of the romance of Naruto tend to be SS shippers.

He is also the force that drives them apart. Take the confession chapters, for example. At the same time, he is the one that keeps them working together and motivated in their teamwork. Maybe he is not the only thing keeping Naruto and Sakura friends, but a very big part of it, IMO. Most of the time we see Naruto and Sakura, they are either working (rescue Gaara arc, Hidan arc) or going after Sasuke (all the rest of the damn manga part 2).

I'm now pretty convinced Sasuke will live. Wouldn't be suprised if he did die, tough.

As it is now, Sasuke doesn't necessarily bring Sakura and Naruto close considering, as you said, they ultimately fall back onto him whenever the two are together. And Part 2 is just that in a nutshell. The times I've noted Sakura and Naruto have truly bonded are times that Sasuke is not a main topic, but Naruto himself.

And of course Sasuke won't die. The story has been constructed to the point where he will be the one to redeem the Uchiha name and leave behind the hatred. Naruto's goal has now become Sasuke before Hokage. He's a priority now.

Oh, sorry. I though you might have some kind of idea how NS would affect Sasuke in the NaruSasu battle or something and was interested hearing that.

Well it could but I don't see to such a drastic effect for him to actually gain any life lessons or anything of the sort. Like I said before, just the peace of seeing them happy.

Oh sorry, I forgot that is ok with you. Nothing states true love like a nice Chidori. No wonder Naruto is so obsessed with the Sauce. o: He did get a Chidori through the chest.

Reminds me of when he thanked her for saving him against Pain when it was actually Kurama and Minato who did it. Naruto/Kishi has a habit of giving Hinata credit she does not deserve. I'll say she's always been by his side when I see some panels of her talking to him about Sasuke and Tsunade being in a coma like another female did.

Exactly! Really, Kishi is making Naruto say some pretty false kitten in that chapter. Pisses me da kitten off that he made Hinata look like Sakura at the expense of making Naruto look like a hopeless child, and for the death of Neji. Disgusting writing at it's best.

Why is Karin's reason to love Sasuke more legit? Because he saved her life? Sasuke also helped Sakura, and probably saved her life, in the forest of death. Later he was willing to sacrifice himself to Gaara so Naruto would have the time to save Sakura. This selfless sacrifice inspired Naruto to fight Gaara, BTW. Why should Karin forget Sasuke's attempt to kill her? Aren't you just pushing Karin into an abusive relationship if you think SasuKarin is okay?

Please. The "SS shippers are okay with domestic abuse" implication is about the most common way to insult us. I tend to enjoy fiction. Do I have to be someone who approves cutting off heads when I enjoy a show that has Ned Stark's head say byebye to his shoulders?

I have a prediction on Sakura's next development, during the final fighting scenes with Tobi vs Naruto, I can see Tobi mocking Naruto again and questioning Naruto on why he thinks Naruto not special. Than Sakura jumps in and gives a good rant to Tobi is to why Naruto is special. Than you might see Naruto blush on about Sakura praising him and thinks to himself about how much he did not know Sakura means that much to her.

Can you guys give me a percentage on how highly possible this prediction is.

Would like to see this happen. If the author plan is not planning to take a big time shift in the story, I'll say 80% , as of now i think about 40 percent, but if NH became canon cuz of other new chapter like in 2 or 3 , I'll say 10% to 0

I'll see likely right now without all that this could happen (I say 40% cuz in my worst case scenario cuz I know I want NS to happen so my hope are like 100% in this direction with bias, cuz to me it's logical with all the previous development)

and I feel that if something like that doesn't happen, Hinata became the main heroine of the manga

This is actually easy, but sadly, overexaggerated. First of all, she was the only one there and she was the one that started this talk. Second, it's not like Naruto will go everywhere to thank everyone like It's A Wonderful Life moment, especially not now. Lastly, he thanked Neji as well. If Kurama and Neji wasn't presence in this chapter, then this scene would have been harder to read and more threatening for us. When he thanked Neji, not only goes the full circle for Naruto and Hyuugas, but disregarded that this moment is not only about Hinata in terms of romance. Like I said in my previous post, because of Kurama and Neji, it damaged the points for NH. They still have the moment but could have been more points if others weren't mentioned.

You just said that SK was abusive because Sasuke attempted to kill Karin, and said it was very unrealistic therefore making that SK cant be canon when the pairing you ship had two killing attempts.
