Cooking abilities shouldn't be a requirement or even a plus for whoever Naruto's wife will be. It's oppression of women. Sakura must be a dutiful wife..ugh. Sometimes I feel like picking your favourite candidate is based on who you would think will please and satisfy Naruto the most. Perhaps because of the many hardships he's endured, he deserves to be happy, but come on..

 

The argument might have been born from Kushina too(she was said to be a good cook), but you're not focusing on what matters. MK's story is basically NS's development in 2 chapters+their own touch, only the former can be a coincidence.

Lol I went to forneverworlds channel because I wanted to see his review of the latest fairy tail chapter and what do I see when I get there... A video that had the title "Worst female character in naruto" with Sakura and Karin on the thumbnail. Like really, wtf why make a video of that. I feel as though every YouTube reviewer is in favor of hinata. But I was proud to see in the comment section that there were people sticking up for Sakura

I think it comes from one of the databooks.  Minato's favorite food was Kushina's cooking.  I guess that doesn't prove she was a good cook; it just proves that Minato either liked her cooking or was afraid to say he didn't.

First of all: awww, that's so sweet. You can bet every time Kushina was angry Minato just knew the right thing to say to turn her into a puddle of happiness.

 

With that said, while that does increase the chances of Kushina actually being a good cook, it might just be that his love for her just made everything she prepared taste delicious.

 

A good example could be found in Gurren Laggan (if you haven't seen in go watch it now). Simon (the hero) was the only one capable of eating Nia's (the love interest) cooking to his heart's content, while the rest of the characters could only pass out if they had a bite of it. So you could say the same logic applies to Minato loving Kushina's cooking no matter how it would taste for the others.

 

P.S.

I just saw that Minato's favorite hobby was reading and that Jiraiya's novels were his favorites, novels as in plural. If you think further the only serious novel Jiraiya ever wrote was "The Tale of the Gutsy Ninja", and the rest are..... .

 

I guess Minato is not so innocent after all.

Regarding Naruto's answer, yes, he didn't but I said it's likely, not actual. That part is just my interpretation.

I remember Naruto SD anime. The chibi Naruto said that Sakura is the best cook and she blushed. I know its filler buttttt... ;)

Yeah i saw that a lot of times and the use the fact that Naruto said that " i hate ppl who lies to themselves" that Naruto hates Sakura.

I hate to watch his reviews honestly. He is biased and it's hard to look at him. His face and teeth god. ANYWAYS, when NaruSaku happens Youtube accounts will get shut down, twitter flood, instagram melt down, FB shut down and all  Naruto Forums will go on strike save for this one.

I should've rephrased my words though, I see that now. Because it sounds like this is about feminism. This not oppression of women as whole, or as a gender. It's oppression of whoever is going to be Naruto's spouse, which will happen to be a woman. And it's discrimination of Hinata and Sakura, because this is just another way of looking at them as a prize. Naruto will be happier with Hinata because she can cook for him. Gee.

 

But I really think the argument comes from Kushina. Someone posted a meme with a list on why Kushina is more similar to Hinata than Sakura, and that was one of them.

 

If Sakura is a bad cook, it would be weird because if she can make a perfect antidote that impresses kittenin' Sasori, without a recipe, I imagine she can cook as well. But I would actually think it would be sweet if Sakura is a actually bad cook. I see her as the type tries with Naruto and fails, and she gets better and better. They would have so much fun together.

I don't like his reviewers because he puts on an act. They are very promotional by the way he puts spoiler on titles and thumbnails, is excited by everythin and so on. And one day he hates Sakura, next day he doesn't. First he said "Sakura, get out of my NH time!" or something after her speech, next day he made a video calmy telling people about her flaws and pointing out positive stuff as well. Then he bashed her again, yeah..he's sugarcoating it just to keep his subs.

I wonder if it's possible for a shutdown in here, for the sake of modders not getting overflooded with bashers. Granted there will be new users who wants to share NS love, but never know. I guess in the end, it's up for the decision.

NOOO I don't want here to get shut down. I know its not allowed but if any NH fan came in here when NS happens it will be only their doom. I mean being surrounded by positive stuff not pertaining to their pairing will kill them.  So let them join and we will welcome newcomers with open arms.

Not a shutdown but a lockup for registrations. But you're right, best to go with that route. I just everything goes smoothly.

Well if my enemy celebrated their victory I wouldn't be in their cub. It might go the other way around though, the loser-pairing sites may have to deal with rapid trolls.

it's smooth sailing though. Even my mom who doesn't watches Naruto knows NS will happen. I was watching a episode and she came up behind me and asked me if the " Pink hair girl and that guy(Naruto)" is a couple. I was like not YET.  She only saw them interact for a little bit.  She kinda likes hinata but not for Naruto. My mom was like " A man like that needs a strong woman not some shy softy."  In regards to splitting hairs in chapter  631( I think) me and my brothers had a big debate( They support NH)  and we asked my mom what splitting hairs mean because she knows about these little sayings and she said that splitting hairs mean  in Naruto's case " They are so close that it is easy to realize  they are a couple and even if you split hairs it wouldn't matter because  the two of them are one."  Example: If you split a strand of your hair it wouldn't matter because at the end of the day those two pieces are  still one. Hope I Explained it properly.
