I really sat crying and upset at the world.

I was depressed thinking that this world really forgot what true love was and they forgotten how to truly love another.

It feels like the world died and I was crying at its funeral.

I was somewhat in ur same condition.

 

For me it's was more like world itself rejects logic, and choose money as best goal over anything else.

SS/NH is a bad message cuz it's wish fulfilling
& it kinda puts the lovelorn readers in tsukoyami that they'll definitely get their love

..but IMO, every girl like Sakura who has pure heart to love but falls in love with wrong person, definitely deserves better man (Naruto)
Guys like Sasuke love to be alone (look at the ending)

Girls like Hinata : I won't say anything cuz such type of girl never exists in real life who isn't jealous even if her man flirts with other girl

It wasn't so much that I thought you needed a dictionary expose, so much as I was doing a Monologue for my own benefit...  
No one deserves Sasuke they just end up with him for no reason. 

 

Just part that Sakura did these cheeck touch and holding Naruto - first, is what you need to show them. And look to theis reaction.

Yes! This CD cover still bothers me. Even now, when I know that NH is canon this cover seems so anti-NH to me. Yes, they are alone, but it looks like they are heading towards the nightmarish world that we saw in the last two chapters. It looks as if Naruto KNOWS he is going into an eternal autumn of his life where he will loose himself, the very essence of his character, with this girl he never really loved but let her follow him.

 

I agree.  If someone showed me that picture and I didn't know anything about the characters or the context, I'd assume that the guy was just about to reject the girl.  

 

The other interpretation, though, is that Naruto just got turned down by Sakura for good, and Hinata has followed him to try to cheer him up.  Ugh, that makes me want to cry.

EXACTLY!!! I still am pissed regarding this ending, and it's been a WEEK so you can tell it was that bad. This is why I suspect Kishimoto-sensei's going to have some 'splainin' to do at Jump Festa this year, and you know fans are gonna ask him about the ending too. X-D

The thing is, lady, that his nindo is "never give up", "don't get back in my word", if he does the opposite is bad writing and an inconsistency. He is supposed, then, to accomplish everything he wanted after making a big effort, doesn't matter if the other part is not interested at the beginning. Introducing that "nindo" as something charasteristic of the character, preparing it to play a role for all over the manga and not ending it as how it was presented? Bad writing. Not that we didn't get it, but that Kishimoto failed.

Exactly! Sakura was introduced as an obstacle. That was her very important role! She didn't care about Naruto just the way other people didn't care about him, but worse, because he not only wanted her acknowledgement, but also her love. That made her unique. She was the love of a woman he wanted, Sasuke was the love of a brother he wished for. And she was meant to despise him, because otherwise there would not be any space for acomplishment, for showing the greatness of an effort and undying spirit. And Kishimoto managed to show Naruto achieving Sakura's acknowledgement, but for some reason he stopped there abandoning the very theme he put in this manga.
Hinata was never meant to show Naruto's strength. And I now believe that she was the one who broke him into what we saw in the last chapter.

I know because I also follow what the Japanese say after their official releases. Most of the tweets, regardless of pairing preference, were thanking Kishi for a job well done and were generally excited/happy. I know it probably makes you feel validated if the Japanese feel as pissed off as you do, but the overall response to the ending is not one of complaint. The ones who were annoyed are probably invested in an oppossing pairing, but that's not the majority of their readership.

But at the end of the day you'll see what you want so.

Japan is a very different culture after all. I always have to remind myself about that. Japanese may feel bound to express a polite reaction, also many themes in the last chapter looked different to them than they do to us. Japanese won't think being a housewife is that bad of a character development. They might see the theme of Bolt having to endure his father's absense as an inspiring one. I do know that in Japan fathers traditionally spend very little time with their family and after work they usually go to party with their co-workers as spending time with your wife is not considered normal, they come home very late. "Enduring" is also a value in itself.

I follow them also so as many others  as well as what Japanese people who are not biased on this site and others something that Google Translate can't tell you  and this has nothing to do with me being pissed or feeling validated those are petty shallow reasons lol , but with what is really presented . I can as well say that the ones you are following  are paring biased  that are not "annoyed" saying good job to Kishimoto how do you know which party is what ? Its kind of a DS  . I know this bc they often post pictures of  NH .

I never said that they are raging or being so pissed  but they are not pleased that's for sure .

More importantly the japanese are UNGODLY polite. Even if they are upset with it, they will still tack on a TY at the end of their insults just to be polite.

Nope, still nothing. I miss my gifs, and my PC practically died on me, and macbook doesn't want to cooperate....

 

What chapters! there are no chapters! Naruto ended tragically at 698, when the author's brain imploded. And we were left with an open ending.
