If there's a sequel where Naruto and Sakura break up and Hinata gets together with Naruto, then fine. Kishimoto has done an okay job with romance so far so I trust he won't mess it up. All I really want from a sequel is for Kishi to focus on his strengths as a mangaka and try to make Naruto a world that the characters just interact with instead of a story that he has to shift and change to give the right message. 

 

To elaborate a bit more on the NaruSaku thing though, I would be sad of course. The love Naruto and Sakura share is beautiful. I can't think of any way for them to break up without destroying what made them likable character. I also think that NaruHina as the cannon pairing would be odd. It would take a lot of well executed character development over the course of years to make it happen, but even then it would come off as odd.

 

If NS broke up and NH happened then Naruto would be more of a shojo than shonen.

I have no idea what I do I guess I be ok, although I probably get annoyed how some NH fans react.

 I remember those but yet, if Kishi does a sequel centered on the same characters he wont make a pairings canon because their story hasnt ended on an interview he left out the idea of if he works out on a sequel would be about Naruto's kid.

And then obviously would have a pairing canon and no breakups.

 

It's not up to kishi's standards to make breakups on a pairing there was no break up on any pairings on the series so far unless if either Naruto or Sakura dies, but it's unlikely and i doubt he would work on a sequel unless if Jump does the same thing they did with Akira but still would be about his kid like Kishi spoiled literally.

To answer my own question, to be honest, I'll be upset. Not taking to the heart, but upset none the less. I don't like when they want to play fair or do it because it's a new character involved.

But let me say one thing: Hinata is not and never will be important to the plot! She's just a side character, she's not part of team 7 and none outside of team 7 can get a parallel. Period.

Wait, Mina/Kushi was also obvious too.

I think his point was just to disagree with the statement that people outside team 7 doesnt gets parallels.

they do get if it's obvious or not that's another story.

 

Hinata is not important to the story because she's not on the team 7, the same applies to Sakura, she's relevant to the plot because she's on the middle of "Naruto vs Sasuke" on which affects her the most.
