You are most definitely not the only person who thinks so. 

 

Just a week before those dreadful final chapters were released, I felt like re-watching Shippuden episodes. The first 150 or so are especially awesome, filled with moments that highlight the wonderful NS bond and I really wanted to see those episodes again. 

 

But I postponed this idea. I was like- ' I should watch it after NS becomes canon in the final chapters. It'll be even more sweeter then '. Little did I know Kishi would asspull love the way he used to asspull power-ups. 

 

Now I regret not watching it back then because I find it impossible to watch Naruto episodes anymore. Whenever I look at Naruto's goofiness, his smiling face and that sheer desire to never give up in the episodes, I get reminded of the man he grows up to be. That hollow, soulless and fake Naruto of 700 comes to my mind.

 

Whenever I see Naruto and Sakura sharing their joys or pain, understanding and supporting each other, just being around each other in general, I automatically think- ' All of this ends with you two not exchanging a single word '. 

 

Its too painful.

I've read your posts guys, and I think about it. that not a half of 699 is OOC, but full chapter. And I talk about Sasuke's character, what was Sasuke sorry though whole story? Killing Itach? No, he saw that it's what Itachi's planned for a long time, stabbing Karin? No. I can think of Sasuke that said "I was wrong", but that character never excused for anything. And about ruined character - Sakura is destroyed, yes, that's awful, that a strong girl that worked her ass out as Naruto does. And both of them just get a bullet to the head, for Hinata-hime-sama to shine bright. I'm not bothered by this NH movie as much as I could be, yeah there will be some kitten scenes with Naruto and Hinata, but what I can't stand - kitten about "you said you loved me, but it was about rivaly", damn, if that was real Naruto, he stand up, and hit her with his forehead, just to remind her, what he did before. You just don't mess with one of the strongest bonds in whole manga. And if those Shikamaru/Sai words - are true, kitten, even those got killed for Hinata's purpose. Because Shikamaru saw the POAL, and now talks kitten about giving up on a Hinata? About Sai I don't even start, you know what it is.

Co- founder of Studio Ghilbli and director of some of the greatest animes some of us in here have ever seen: Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke (my favorite Studio Ghilib movie), Castle in the Sky, Howl's Castle, Ponyo, The Wind Rises, Kiki's delivery Service, Nausicaa (or whatever her name is)...

I love his movies, but this year the Studio shut down T_T

as me and many others have said before, the sakura we've witnessed in 699 was not portrayed as accurately and consistently as she has in the past. this may not work for you, but i'm actually able to see past that chapter because that sakura was so ooc that i simply can't believe that's really her. it's the same with sasuke. literally six chapters ago he said he was not interested in her and he suddenly falls for her? how can any respectable sasuke fan not see the bullsh** in that?

Logically I know that Sakura is OOC in 6999 and 700. I am quite comfortable rejecting canon. Emotionally I am not yet able to move past Sakura in 699.

I really can't find any other  explanation for this Assassination then this   why even bother developing NS why not spend that on NH and SS  ? I can't write romance is not an excuse for developing an relationship , relationships is not all about fluff  especially when I look at all the NS moments its mix of everything  ,seeing those exact moments now being given to NH/SS stolen from NS   I know we weren't wrong but we were sold out . Kishimoto should go down in history for the worst author ever and a disgusting piece of kitten .

I absolutely hated sasuke and still does to the core,his character in this started all this BS.

 

Though i did like one thing of sasuke,i began to like it after liar naruto forgave obito his parent's and various other's murderer.It was his honest feelings to his family.He seeked vengeance becoz his family and clan was killed and shown to him.Even though all the things he did for that was not at all excusable it still showed his feelings and love towards his father and mother after all this.He values them

 

Whereas liar naruto heard the brutal murder of his parents from his own mother and the next thing he did was forgive that murderer,he gave him his hand and proclaimed him the coolest guy.For me naruto died there

 

Imagine if sasuke hears from his mother that his mother were attacked when she was helpless giving birth to her baby and then pulled a beast of tired dying her and killed her.Sasuke would rip obito's body into a million pieces,before obito realises what hit him.

 

But obito never let go of his love,he loved rin after her death and caused all this becoz he lost her,Sasuke never loved anyone other than his family,all this BS of team 7 family and naruto as his brother is last min cooked up BS by trollmoto,even if it was like that to an extent never on any feelings like he had for his family.So the whole time sasuke went after his revenge becoz of his feeling for his lost family.He was honest to his feelings and it never changed

 

Still i will say obito was the coolest guy ever.Despite all he had done he was true to his feelings,his feelings never wavered.

 

As for Naruto,the complete liar,kicked his parents sacrifice out of the window by forgiving their killer.Disgraced and kittented on his parents all dying wishes by doing the complete opposite,lied to ur dead father who asked one of ur most important future questions.And now ur love of ur life was becoz of rivalry???

Because whole story told us that Sakura is moved on, Kakashi did it, oh scrap it, did you read early part 2? And I still can't understand why flashback appeared when Sakura awakes, only thing I can come up with - that she realise that Naruto had same reason for chasing Sasuke as she had long time ago (to be aknowledged by him) and she realise that Naruto is the one who did acknowledge Sakura first then anyone, but them - 699 - boom headshot Sakura, boom headshot Naruto.

Agreed, there's really no words. I've read my share of mangas and I've never seen a bond quite like Naruto and Sakura's. That's why I was absolutely sure they would end up together. There was no logical way to undo their strong bond and the love and affection they shared for years. All the foreshadowing and hints had to lead to something so it just didn't make sense not to resolve that. But oh silly me! Talking about logic and sense!
