That's from an NH point of view. I will admit that it is true, and would care if I were an NH but I'm not. Besides The depth of Hinata's love is not necessarily significant compared to what Naruto shows for Sakura. Naruto has been spending all that time bottling up his own feelings and suffering in silence for Sakura, giving up his own happiness, and hiding his pain with a smile so that Sakura would get her wish. On the other hand Hinata is was confessing her love because she was doing what Naruto told her not to do. Interfere and nearly getting herself killed. Selfless but selfish at the same time. plus she admits she was thinking of herself. I would criticize Sakura if she did the same too. Plus what her love amounts to is no different than what Sakura had for Sasuke in part one; a boy she is attracted to on the surface. Naruto represents what Hinata wants to be but is not; confident. She sees what she wants to be, but does not understand Naruto's pain, nor does anything in the manga canon indicate otherwise. Compare and contrast to Sakura and you have your difference. Sakura knows Naruto and is is his closest friend and sees the real him; Hinata is a secret admirer that only knows him in appearance but at the same time does not truly know his character, so can profess she loves him but that is not true love.
