I don't care for Sakura being a housewife either, but her wearing an apron isnt directly connected to any pairing. She would have been wearing one with whomever she ended up with, Naruto included. Hell I've seen NS fanarts with her wearing one, so considering this it shouldnt be made into a huge issue when that's just the usual thing in this manga. Once the female characters are settled down, this is how Kishi depicts them.

 

Yeah, I don't get the problem with the apron. Who cares if she wears an apron while she cleans the house? I have big issues with Kishimoto's general treatment and ideas concerning women, not the silly apron.

The problem is that there's that awkward moment when they once berated NS and claimed that Naruto was a sexist and misogynistic kitten that only wanted Sakura in the kitchen, and that's exactly where she ended up in their disgusting ship. It's ok though, SS fans weren't used to anyone showing care or concern towards Sakura, as Sasuke never did care and never will. Only natural that they'd get confused.

I hate how the western fan base gets their way with things. Honestly we get very selfish over here. Sasusaku and Naruhina were canon because they  wanted it more apparently and didn't care about the story and Kishi apparently didn't care either since we went with it and he knows it didn't make sense but the money was calling. Like people say money is the root of all evil.

Oh yeah. Absolutely. The amount of times that a fanbase gets their way is ridiculous. It even happens with Western cartoons (Adventure Time, LoK, Gravity Falls) so much so that it can mess up an entire story (Adventure Time). Naruto is no different, except because of it's fanbase, the entire story was destroyed at the end. 

 

Take this as a life long lesson. No matter what happens, never listen to your fanbase. You achieved a fanbase for a reason- they already liked your original work. So don't change it to fit their headcanons.

GF and steven universe is like the only cartoons i watch now. rest ain't worth my time imo.

Hey, one cartoon is better than no quality one at all. It was at the point that even CN resorted to live action show. Unacceptable!

If his next work flops, maybe.
