If that's the case, then I won't hold my breath waiting for a redo.
Although I do expect another confession, but I don't know if it will be from Sakura again or from Naruto. This will come when NaruSaku is ready to be finalized.

Naruto is the keyholder. Sakura just need to be in the right mind, which she most likely going to be before Naruto makes a move.

The next confession can be from both sides. A part of me wants Naruto to find out that Sakura does love him, without her telling him. Then they can confess when they are ready, because they know they both love eachother and that they are both ready. Naruto can start it, someone has toXD, but I want them to have and flowing long conversation from both sides.

Can you imagine a confession from Naruto? I think it would be very cute. Just imagining his blushy face as he confesses to her makes me feel all warm inside. He's such a goofball - I'm sure he'd say or do something that would "ruin" the moment, but then Sakura would make up for it by hugging him or showing some sign of affection. It would be absolutely adorable!

Its a little different. AU Hinata was jealous and inappropriate with the way she handled Menma/Naruto. In 573 Hinata just sounds confident, but not really full of herself or conceited. She has confidence that she'll be able to reach Naruto in the way she would like, but its more in a self-assured manner. Well its not entirely unfounded; she did get Naruto to hold her hand, so its something.

And the I'm going to give up" statement was just something to create suspicion on what Hinata really meant before she follows it up with the hand holding thing. The total meaning of what she said tells the audience that Hinata will 'go for the gold', so to speak. She'll try to get a positive response out of Naruto instead of forever chasing him (one-sided affection in other words.)

In general she wants him to reciprocate and she'll try to make that happen. It doesn't mean that this will absolutely happen of course, but her words encourage the prospect.

Overall it isn't that good for NaruSaku, but we knew this since the chapter. = /

In order to reach someone you have to chase. If anyone believes otherwise that truly makes them conceited and full of themselves, something Hinata isn't.

Maybe when 573 first came out it might've looked like Hinata wanted to be more aggressive in her pursuit of Naruto, but when 615 arrived it really proved to be something entirely different. Sure, Kishi made Hinata say something so contradictory to confuse the readers at the time, but when you look back on it now that the hand holding finally happened it really does look like she really meant to stop pursing Naruto.

If the hand holding was done in a more easy environment, like when Sakura hugged Naruto after the Pain fight, then her words could be taken in a more romantic context, but that never came to be.

The fact is that if Hinata's statement really is meant as romantic she would first need to stop chasing him and afterwards is that she would hold his hand, but it happened in reversed. If she's holding his hand that would mean she stopped chasing him, but the problem is that the war isn't over so that means she's still chasing him. At least that's what she resolved to do.

It would've been better for her to say "But after I get to where you are I will stop once and for all", instead of "But after the war is over I will stop once and for all".

So in this version Sakura says that because Naruto is a bigger presence in her heart that she can still be happy with just him. That's what I take from it.

I do hope that if Sakura expresses her feelings again it involves something like that. We already know that Sasuke will remain important to her, as he is with Naruto, but if she can explain that what she feels for Naruto is a different love than what she felt for Sasuke then that will seal the deal.

Kakashi said "Sakura never does anything without a reason."
Jiraiya said the very same thing, with the same words about Minato. Sakura's temper and attitude is very much like Kushina, but her mindset and observant intelligence reminds me of Minato.

Btw, I agree that Kishi could've redone the confession this way. Kakashi even said Sakura wanted to put an end to her relationship with Sasuke with her own hands. I've never looked at it like that before.

Unless Kishi don't give a crap, which doesn't surprise me. It's not like Hinata is waiting for an answer, just liking him still. Though it's best to say "Until he can save Sasuke."

See? This is the thing other fandoms miss. It doesn't matter what Sakura said, Naruto would have still replied the same way. This doesn't make Sakura a liar, it makes`Naruto blind to the truth. Sure, Sakura had reasons`outside of the confession, but she was still being truthful.

Truth is, Naruto and Sakura need that sit down and it is one that is unavoidable.

It actually surprised me how sincere that version sounded. It was so adorable!

I remember reading the comments on YT and someone complained that Kate Higgins sounded way too sincere and she was supposed to sound like she was lying. Lol, fans. I just know that I can't wait for the offical English dub for Sakura's confession to Naruto. No doubt in my mind it's going to sound just as sweet and honest as it did here.

Isn't Kate Higgins a NaruSaku supporter? I could've sworn she alluded once to Sakura having feelings for Naruto that were more than friendship.

actually xxxromancegirlxx theres a video on youtube where the english tenten sasuke sakura actor/actress made a mini skit about sakuras feeling in the end of the video. The sakura voice actress mentions about about how she has feelings for naruto something like that. Go check it out on youtube

Ones based on looks and appearance = Karin to Sasuke.

It is true that she's fangirling Sasuke, but that's just a role she's playing.
Her true feelings are stronger than that and aren't based on looks and apparance :

- She became in love for other reasons. (flashback of Chuunin exam)
- His smile, at this moment, she wasn't looking at his body or his strenght.
- Even when Sasuke was trying to kill her, she was only thinking about seeying this smile from Chuunin Exam again, that was her only wish before dying.

Don't really sounds like "look and apparance" to me. It's more than that.
Even Suigetsu says that she should be more honest about herself. (after all, she's a real tsundere, and even tried to invent an excuse for following Sasuke in his quest)
She admires Sasuke like Naruto did with Sakura (the part when she healed Kankuro or when she climbed the tree), because they are in love with that person.
But that doesn't mean it's based on looks and appearance...

I'm really curious about this secret that Suigetsu mentioned before, between her and Sasuke (he doesn't seem to know what she did to him)
SasuKarin isn't finished yet, she didn't gave up like SS fans try to confirm, she always loves him; even now (just look at her in the prison). I don't think Kishimoto isn't doing this on purpose.
Karin is the only female of the Uzumaki Clan left, Kishimoto gave her this important family name, Uzumaki are linked with Uchiha.
I will not be shocked to hear that she has the capacity to heal Sasuke's malediction with her Uzumaki cells. If she's the only presence who can help Sasuke about this, I'm pretty sure SasuKarin will be canon at 1000%.

But what would that have to do with SasuKarin? I really don't want to see that Madara was actually in love with Mito. One heartbroken villain in this story is enough for me.

I'd rather Madara's reasons be for his brother's sake.
