No. They went out on a business trip. Some kind of a new investment. Gaaaaah. I can't cook. I've been eating ramyun noodles since yesterday morning.

I'm going to jog at 5 pm since I skipped it in the morning. You should start taking long distance walks for two hours everyday first so that you're body will grow accustomed to it if you haven't jogged for a long time now.

Nope. There is an early free Zumba Class here and they always do it in the park. It's like a morning radio exercises. XD

Dubstep for the morning playlist.

I always jog with my trusty Ipod. XD That way I'll just need to plug in my happy plugs and go off. It's better to listen to music that is upbeat preferrably dubsteps. It will motivate you and you won't even notice the time.

Note: Not a leisure walk. More like walking exercise.
And don't forget to do some stretching exercises. To avoid leg cramps.

An hour at the very least. Do it for two weeks or three early in the morning. I usully do it at 4:30 am. Then try a minimal jogging after that.
