I think Hinata only sees Naruto (and her cousin until he died). All the others are censored in her vision. Trust me, try to censor all the characters around her, her speeches will always be the same.

You have to admit 450 was kind of a kick in the ass too. I honestly believed that he would give the bouquet of roses to Hinata, I remember fans making up theories of their reunion.

It goes to show you that for some reasons, their theories don't happen, yet if we do nothing, we get it.

What bothers me is that she can't see her love is obsessed and she doesn't care about Naruto's love life.

If she stalked him everyday,she must have seen his love for Sakura but she still being selfish.

If I remember correctly Shikamaru said something like: I can't leave Naruto, he needs me.
And everyone except Hinata was thanking Naruto for healing Shikamaru. Hinata had a angry face on and said that she has to try harder if she wants to be there for him too. It seems that she easily forget about people whose life is in danger or are dead.

 

Yes IMO she was only afraid of not being by Naruto's side. She wasn't angry, but it was really selfish to think about that at that precise moment.
I think it was Kishi's way of trying to get us interested in what she will become in the future... like " will she achieve to work alongside Naruto? " . Something like that.
Also, IMO, in that arc, Hinata was proven to be in friendzone by Kishi, and I think this was also a part of it. But she appeared selfish. It wasn't a good thing to make her react like that. Unless Kishi wanted it like that to show that her love is childish, just like Sakura's love for Sasuke was back in the time.
