No that's unreal !!!   I've woke up with a frozen chicken in my arms and 3 times with my head in the toilet and 2 times falling asleep in the bathtub  .

I skipped my jogging and my zumba class today. Too lazy to move.

It's been so long I don't do jogging. I need to be more diligent. It's hard to crawl up to fourth floor now

 

Yesterday Ramen talked about doing jogging so I planned to do this morning but I'm still here, cleaning house

Part 3 was okay. It doesn't compare to Part 1 but it was okay. At the very least, there is still the crew and Mr. Chow crazy antics.

I'm going to jog at 5 pm since I skipped it in the morning. You should start taking long distance walks for two hours everyday first so that you're body will grow accustomed to it if you haven't jogged for a long time now.

Nope. There is an early free Zumba Class here and they always do it in the park. It's like a morning radio exercises. XD
