No, the RTN chapter is the same one released in 2012. It's the first time it's been distributed outside of WSJ.

Disappointing, I know. I felt something like this would happen ever since 5 weeks ago, when they announced the ending of Naruto. Kishi couldn't be bothered to properly end his series. Now all we have is some rushed job just so they can catch up with their stupid movie. Seriously making NH happen in the movie and not properly in your manga? Dammit! Kishi selling out is atrocious.

Oda stuck to his principles  yet fans kept throwing money at him anyway...Let's be realistic here, Kishi might have a crapload of money, but Oda outsells him, sometimes 4:1 and still has his pride....Atleast I no longer have to argue my case that One Piece is the better of the two manga's anymore....Kishi apparently did a better job arguiing my case way better than I ever could.

If it is a prank, it will go down in history as one of the greatest. They probably had years to perfect the art, so it makes some sense.

Honestly seeing those kids and all the out of the blue pairings like Choji Karui and Ino Sai makes it look a lot like a troll .... just a bad joke . I thought for a moment this was maybe a spinoff similar to Lee's springtime of youth

Oh I 'm not denying it , that was just my first impression . It's because the children designs are THAT bad , let alone their respective parents getting together

Don't tell me what to do. You aren't my friend, I don't know you, and frankly I have a right to be suspicious after years of development and pranks being pulled like this.

This would have to be one elaborate prank to be a fake, first off, they'd need to get Evil on Board for posting the spoilers, then they'd need to draw an entire manga in the style of Kishi, (not photoshop but draw) then colour it,   then print it out on glossy paper from a professional printer (this is obviously not inkjet prints) and while all this is going on, they need someone else to draw all these charactors in photoshop not just a couple but a bucket load of them, and this time make sure the designs match SP's style as well as Kishi's.

 

That's a pretty darn elaborate hoax to troll someone.....If it's a hoax I will give the people behind it a standing ovation, because to achieve that takes a hell of allot of time, planning and talent, to achieve this level of likeness. I know 4Chan probably has the kind of people capable of that but I don't see them doing all this for a prank.
