Shikamaru became stupid with age, just like everyone from the original series 

I mean , letting the two kids who aren't even genin yet follow the hokage on a mission that could become potentially dangerous given the circumstances is a thing that the old series Shikamaru wouldn't do in any situation

But yeah, this is the reason why people aka the haters need to S.T.F.U. about Sakura. She is gorgeous. And the artist on the first link captured her beauty flawlessly. Naruto also look sharp there too. Plus they're in character before bombshell kitten of 700, The Last and New Era Project

lol even in 20 years(when I won't give a flying fat rat's ass about naruto) I will look at these two & say the same damn thing. Nothing can change that. It should've been canon. Period.

This entire situation is so screwed up and hilariously funny.

We have Salad leaving her mother laying in the hospital in order to find her father. So a 12 year old leaves her parent that fed her and took care of her for 12 years; so she can find her father that she hasn't seen since was born. Fantastic.

Then you have Chocholina leaving her family behind so she can find her real father even though one look at her parents and she can instantly tell who her father is. Then you have her parents not even noticing that their own child went missing.

 

Then you have Shikamaru who not only lets two kids run from the village but let's the kid of an incredibly strong individual out in the wild so anyone can kidnap the kid and use her as a bargaining chip.

Why is everyone so stupid? When did they became so stupid?

Well, that wasn't as bad as the spoilers made it out to be.

 

Sakura's darling was...meh.

 

Sasuke taking out the knives was..whatever.

 

Salad punching the ground, while shouting Sakura's catch phrase...as original as usual.

 

 

This so much. When I saw Salad punch that tiny creature, I thought "fine, whatever", but seeing her cause that much destruction and she's not even a genin, it's like really? She already mastered chakra enhanced strength? Bullsh!t.

 

Kishimoto just does not care about anything anymore, and is drawing whatever he feels like at the time.

Sarada is going to be the next generation's "genius", the same way Sasuke was for Naruto's generation. Original, huh? Shocking as well, considering what little panel time and plot development Kishi dedicates to Sasuke and his clan.

 

Seriously guys, what happened to Masashi Kishimoto ?
I've tried and I've tried to understand that kitten of NG but I can't !

He probably read over the outline for Gaiden and said, "Screw this s-hit. I'm not going to be a part of it."

 

You Know  what? I had a bit of a revelation this AM. This gaiden has effectively rendered Naruto irrelevant in his own manga.

 

think on it. Has any thing Naruto done in the past 9 chapters been anything that another character couldn't have done? No it hasn't. hes been reduced to an SS cheerleader. Remove him from the gaiden and it doesn't skip a beat.

 

Hes been paired with Hinata a character so irrelevant that even as the hokages wife shes been reduced to a single panel in what amounts to a 900 or so panels manga (that's 10 chapters 18 pages a chapter a4-5 panels per page give or take a few).

 

Weve literaly seen Naruto reduced to a pouty selfish third wheel in this story. A third wheel that looks half the time confused like he should be beating Sasuke within an inch of his life and taking Sakura off to be married , and half like hes cheering Sasuke and Sakura on inspite of any and all troubles.

Naruto hasn't been relevant in his own manga for a long time. The manga is centered around Sasuke and has been since the ending of part 1. Make no mistake, as the ending of chapter 9 of Gaiden suggested, Sarada will be the center of any Burrito movies or serialized manga bearing his name. Sarada will be the genius of the group who masters jutsus easily while Burrito is a bumblef-uck who can't get anything right, even though his dad is alive and well and is the seventh Hokage. Naruto and his offspring will always be third-rate losers compared to the mighty Uchiha and will serve only as vehicles to promote and underscore their greatness. The only "twist" may be that this time around, Sarada will be infatuated with Burrito. Who knows. At this point, who cares?

Shikimaru let them go because Kishi needed them to go along in order to continue the "who's my mommy" melodrama with Sarada. Every and any character can and will act as OOC as necessary in order for Kishi to advance (for complete lack of a better word) his poorly concocted story line.
