I've realized once again how many NaruHina fans are so patronizing and aggressively defensive. I post several Pro-NS comments, Anti-NH comments with supports from the manga to a NH fan and the then he counters with two posts against my 6, close-minded and denying everything possible that I said. Saying I'm biased, wearing shipping goggles on too tight, don't know what I'm taking about.

Then he calls my post a wall of dribble and bulls*t, saying arguing with my flawed logic is pointless. Then he talks crap about me to another commenter, stating my posts were anger-filled and entertaining, showing absolutely no respect in my opinion at all when I said all the time NaruHina has a chance. The hilarious thing? I wasn't even angry. There were no rage-screaming in what I said, I was being calm.

Why are so many NaruHina fans like that? They accuse me of being angry and defensive just because I bring up many supports to solidify my line of thinking instead of saying it, secretly knowing NaruHina is inevitable? It just couldn't be more wrong ... my replies are usually logical and I'm not famous for belittling responses to NaruHina, at least in a debate.

I'm RomanceGirl6666, the NaruHina fan is MatthewESims. I already stopped debating with that person, he was too agrravating. Also the person who uploaded the video (SasuNaru fan) got pissed and said to end the arguing because it was stupid and it's supposed to be a funny moment. He thought we were trolling with shipping wars. xD I just told him that if you upload anything-pairing related, prepare for stupid shipping wars. You can never get away from it, it's everywhere.

But if you want to read them, you can. Apologies for my spamming comments, I'm really not made for Youtube. T.T Let's just say when I'm trying to prove my point, I'm thorough. xD

Thanks, Slexstrem. I really love posting here because I can actually express myself and not worry about NaruHinas ambushing me all the time. I just have to brace myself and I don't really enjoy so many people trying to act like they're better than me. If I'm anywhere else other than here and try to express my opinion, I usually get hate. On the NaruSaku side of YT it's not as bad but it still happens. I usually like debating but if I do it too much, the stubbornness and arrogance of some fans really gets on my nerves and stresses me out. I never actually doubt what I'm saying, I just hate how so many of them don't see what I say as a possibility and resort to "you're in denial", "you're butthurt', "you're too biased", "you're an idiot". I'm rarely like that to them, depending on the quality of their arguments. It's just not an equal debate. I say "Possibly. NaruHina has a chance but I think NaruSaku will happen for so and so" while the person usually says, "Wrong. You're biased, NaruHina's practically canon. NaruSaku is dead, stop believing in it. You're in denial."

It's just ... at least have the benefit of the doubt. I still have no idea where all this agression and "NaruHina is definitely canon!" is coming from, seriously it always surprises me, based on the manga. Yeah, I may come off as arrogant sometimes but at least I'm saying I might be wrong.

well not all nh fans are like that. many of my friends are nh and ss fans. they just like nh and ss because they look good. but when ever i ask them why just you like them most of them (most of them) say just we do. there is just no perticular reasons.but some who are really nh and ss fans (only 2 or 3) they argue with me and say they dont like ns. cause sakura didnt show a single romantic sign towards naruto in all thease years.

Yeah, I know. It's just so many of them that I've seen are the exact opposite. I like those NaruHina fans who consider other possibilities other than what they want. I know a few of them myself. It doesn't change the fact that NaruHina fans are the loudest and most frequently aggressive in shipping wars. There are NS fans like that too and it also annoys me, but somehow NH sticks out.

On a side note, haven't naruto and Sakura gone on dates? So aren't they dating? Haha

What I want to know is, where does all this aggression come from? What spawned it?

I've been in debates where both parties reach impasses but just agree to disagree (in a sensible/respectable manner). This has included SS and NH fans. But in some areas of the net, YT in particular, it's almost like a jungle, and if you dare have an opinion different from the masses and you wish to express it, you're insulted and hounded for it like some kind of religious heretic. And while there are individuals on all sides of the shipping 'war' who are guilty of this, no one can deny that the majority (or just the most outspoken) are predominantly NH.

There was one individual I recall who saw a comment they didn't like (something like 'Hinata sucks'), to which they responded by saying they highly disagreed, insulted the author of said comment, and blocked them from responding to them.

So you're thinking 'OK, what's so unusual about that?'.

Nothing much, TBH... except for the fact that the original comment was over A YEAR OLD before this person responded to it! It was that far back, I'd doubt if the author would've even remembered writing it! Needless to say, even if they did remember I don't think they would've cared too much to discover that some stranger on the net had took offense to it and blocked them.

But that's the kind of religious zeal that this individual's (and others) OTP means to them; to take an action that, to anyone else, seems very irrational. I just want to understand why it's allowed to go so far?

as i ve said before many months pairing war wont end till the end of the world. it depends on ya that you go to the debates or not. but others wont stop. so keep supporting ns. thats all you can do!

NH fans are everywhere. They feel they won because of the "holding hand" incident. That's them. Just let them be until the end of the manga. I wonder how pissed the NH fans when our NS is canon...

Sometimes, from their first reply, they say biased, ignorant, etc. In the end, there's no way someone can debate furthermore.

So, that is no debate. That is just mere stubbornness and neglection.

I usually pull of 4 or 5 fakes when someome shows up with the argument "you're super biased" or whatever instead of trying to attack my arguments, the i use my fakes.

hey thats a good idea ! any examples. and when ever i get into a debate i keep arguing till the end. i dont stop it unless there is a serious matter.

I actually debated with a NH fan just a few days ago. First, I was just correcting her false statements. It wasn't only my opinion, it was solid fact that can be proved by reading the manga. (That Sakura had contributed more to the series than Hinata) Funny thing is that she said if I read the manga, I would see her point. She even said Hinata had been on missions with Naruto and saved his life many times. XD And that she respected Hinata when she risked her life in the Pain fight. Like Sakura wouldn't have done the same, she was either following orders or she didn't know Naruto was in danger. If she would risk her life for someone she had just met(Chiyo, fodder-civilians), of course she would risk her life for her most precious person.

Bias..wishful thinking..delusional..narrowminded..only able to see what you want to see.

This. You should've seen my wtf face when that NaruHina fan started saying Hinata risked her life selflessly, always there for Naruto, and was willing to risk her life two times over. He was acting like that somehow solidify's NaruHina happening when it means next to nothing. Neji risked his life for Naruto, so did Sasuke, so did Tsunade. Does that mean SasuNaru, NaruTsu, and NejiNaru are canon? Unless I'm reading a different manga of course. Though SasuNaru is canon ...

I then told him bluntly that Naruto risked his life for Sakura two times over as well and always constantly thinks of her happiness before himself. Ironically, that NaruHina fan ignored it and repeated the same argument about Hinata risking her life. Then claimed to someone else "I'm just a rational guy owning a NaruSaku fan in denial lol."

My YT comment summed it up pretty well:

I don't understand why so many people put Hinata's feelings on a pedastal and act like their SO pure and selfless when they're NOT. What about Naruto's feelings? Why dismiss Naruto's selflessness and devotion yet praise Hinata's to no end? That's just not fair, he's the main character. :/ Do you really not care about all the pain he went through? Why is Hinata's feelings more "sincere and touching"?

That's pretty much the heart of the NaruHina aggression and defensiveness. Hinata's just overrated, she gets way too much love for one side character. And with that overglorified love comes NaruHina supporters (vicious ones) and Sakura/NaruSaku haters out of the woodwork. It's just ... out of control. We NaruSaku fans have so many enemies.

Nah when it starts i pull of an fake like

"I'm a NH fan but srsly i dont hate the NS fandom i hate my fanbase look at [insert nickname here] instead of using arguments...."
"Yah he's right, despite being an NH fan, NS is better i only ship because of Hinata"
Or just start trolling.
Posting fake interviews and giving -1 negative to all NH comments.
Sometimes i even post a link with linkbucks or ad.fly just for them to lose time.
