No, it doesn't count for me. Naruto has witnessed and realized that Sakura loves Sasuke. It was painful for him, but that negative period is over and he just wants Sakura to be happy, even if it's not with him. As for Hinata, we don't get anything nearly as close to that level of negativity turned into selflessness like in Naruto's case. Hell, Kishi even took the time to have that same development for Obito.
