I'm surprised how traditionally East Asian Minerva looks, considering she has a name I have always considered to be a old Western Name, If my 'The World God Only Knows' knowledge is correct then it's the name of the Greek goddess of Knowledge? She looks more like a fighter than a scholar that's for sure.

Natsu might have ended up havin to walk away from the fight but he won the battle by showing himself to be strong and the value of Nakama by walking away from said battle even when he had the upper hand for the sake of his partner.

Gemma's nose is bigger than I thought it was.

Also, it's cool that Natsu seems to be able to use Laxus' magic whenever he wants. And even if he's always had Fire Dragon's Iron Fist in his arsenal, it was awesome seeing a Thunder Dragon Slayer version of it. It was almost like both Gajeel and Laxus were helping him out against Evil Pinocchio.

So, I've been in Tokyo for the past week but I'm really disappointed that there isn't any FT merchandise available. I crawled all over Akihabara but couldn't find anything. My friend did some research for me and there have been a grand total of three figurines released, two of which are sold out.

I am sad

(Not really much Naruto, either. It's all One Piece, all the time here. That and series featuring cute girls I've never seen nor hardly heard of...)

So, I've been in Tokyo for the past week but I'm really disappointed that there isn't any FT merchandise available. I crawled all over Akihabara but couldn't find anything. My friend did some research for me and there have been a grand total of three figurines released, two of which are sold out.

I am sad

(Not really much Naruto, either. It's all One Piece, all the time here. That and series featuring cute girls I've never seen nor hardly heard of...)

I was in Akihabara 5-6 years ago and it was pretty much dominated by Naruto figurines and stuff. That and video games. I guess there are some obscure shops selling them, maybe? Or they just like carrying figurines for obscure manga series?

Wow, that was awesome. Fairy Tail Team A is making one heck of a comeback!

Though, if I was Erza, I would only picked 51 monsters. That would guarantee a victory for her team while taking the least possible risk. Of course, this did a much better job in showing off how powerful FT is to the audience, which was probably her intention. Plus, this might mean that the rest of the teams won't receive any points this round, if that's how it works. I sure hope Erza doesn't get selected for the fighting round, though.

And what's the deal with Levy's narrative? It seems like she's reading out of her diary in the future or something. Are we going to jump ahead in time again after this arc?

Damn, Erza really kicked ass in this chapter. I loved how she was just so typically... Erza in choosing to take on all 100 monsters. XD Fairy Tail are showing what they can really do without cheating opponents and unlucky situations.

It looks like Erza has piqued Kagura's interest as well. I'm sure the two will inevitably come to blows once Gerard/Jellal is revealed, so it promises to be a massive clash.

So how on earth are they going to distribute the rest of the point? Oh I just realized, the reason Erza chose to fight all of the monsters by herself instead of just picking 51 (the majority) is so only she receives point. I bet all the others are gonna get 0 points. It'd be pretty funny if Erza got the rest of the points since she technically got in all of the places (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) except for last. That would make it 10 + 8 + 6 + 4 + 3 +2 + 1 = 34 points for Fairy Tail A. Ok that might be a little to much but the other teams will all surely get 0 points.

This really makes me wonder if Natsu will ever get a chance to surpass her just like she claimed during the Phantom Lord arc. In a way with Dragon Force he already has, but since he still can't control it we can't count it fully yet.

It could be that the number of monsters translates directly to points, so Erza/Fairy Tail A gets 100 points for obliterating the entire dungeon of monsters. XD;

Looking through the chapter, we can see that Sting now acknowledges Erza as strong, before he was only interested in Natsu.
