My ex is the most hateful, spiteful, despicable person alive! You're not supposed to hate people, but I DESPISE him. Even as my ex he continues to find ways to hurt and anger me ):

It just comes down to the point of asking WHY we put ourselves into these relationship messes. My last two relationships, both ended in disaster and while I'm left feeling hurt, betrayed and used they are off happy as can be with their 'new' relationships. It just sucks and is all just so pointless -.-

Relationships that end in disaster really suck, I've been there believe me. However remember that once the relationship is over it should stay that way. Don't let your ex's get to you. Cut them off in every way possible, no emails, text messages, or phone calls. The energy you put into feeling hurt just gives them more of a drive to make you miserable, so why bother given them the upper hand. It does suck to see someone you had feelings for betray you and then be happy as can be while you suffer. However remember this pain is inevitable but suffering is optional. So it's alright to feel sad, but don't bother keeping harsh feelings while they're on cloud nine. You can do the very same thing, no relationship required either. Let go of the grief they send towards you and send it right back to them, cause in the end you ultimately control who will make you happy and sad.

I've started replaying FF 8, which I haven't played since it first originally came out well over a decade ago, and it is so much fun! =D
I missed old school GOOD rpgs created by Square Enix. Between the the mess they're making with FF 13 Versus, the horribly disappointing way they ended FF 13-2, the lies upon lies they heap about a KH3 ever being released, the beautiful yet boring FF 12, and the 'online-only' offerings of FF 11 and FF 14, Square has been full of soooo much crap lately. I just REALLY wanted to go back and play a Square game that I not only loved, but was actually GOOD and not a total waste of time like some of the stuff they're putting out now. Looking forward to going home and playing some more tonight~ =D

Work started out pretty freaky today. I walked in and opened the store, walked by the TV which was OFF, put down my bag in the back room, and came back out to the front to turn on the A/C. But as I was walking towards the A/C unit the TV...turned on! By itself!
That alone was enough to freak me out a bit, and look around nervously wondering if I was 'really' alooone in the store >.>
But then when I went back into the back room to get something from my bag, I walked by the radio which was OFF when I first entered the store, and after I reached my bag the radio also turned ON by itself!

I was officially freaked the fudge out for the first half of the day after that ^^;

Every character in the FFVIII series shares something I identify myself with and the story between Squall and Rinoa is one of the stories I've enjoyed the most in the FF series. And well, Junction system, GF's magics, weapons... I like this game.

Hehe, yup I'm also one of the few who simply adoores FFVIII over FFVII. Squall and Rinoa's love story, plus the epic grand scale of the story and the gameplay, changed my whole gaming outlook as before I was only used to playing platform games like Mario and Sonic. I still remember the very first time I saw the trailer for FF 8, I sat literally mesmerized before the tv screen, and my younger cousin had to shake me a couple times to snap me out of my awestruck daze XD

Lol, yeah and it *was* pretty freaky, but luckily things settled down just fine after all that for the rest of the work day

I have a friend who is a total sweetheart. He's funny, smart, loves videogames, anime, reading, and all the things I also love and enjoy. He's one of my best male friends =3

If I use Legend of Korra as an example he's like my Bolin, while I'm his Korra

Now my dilemma is this...do I just 'settle' and try to be happy with my best buddy 'Bolin', or do I hold out to someday meet and be in a more passionate relationship with a 'Mako'? The person who will make my heart race, and fill me with excitement to be around.

Bolin = sure, steady, good thing

Mako = passion, excitement, possible true love

So, what should I do? Go with my Bolin type, or wait for a Mako? Anyone have any advice for me? ^^

Simply put, you like who you like. If the Bolin guy is good to you and you guys are great friends thats terrific. But remember you aren't inclined to return his feelings, even if he is a great person, only do it if you think you may have a legit interest in him. You may feel guilty about it, but you should just know if you like someone.

Well, the way I see it, if you wait too long, Bolin will look in other directions. So, the choice is to be made right now: make a gamble, or settle for the second prize. Just as long as you dont hurt his feelings though. Let him down easy.

Hmm... but I have a doubt: Do you know someone that could be your Mako, or are you waiting for someone who can be your Mako?

Because if it's the latter, then why not "help" your Bolin become your Mako? You will have the best of both worlds of you pull that one out.

*shakes head* No, I don't have someone right now who could be my Mako. But the problem is if I *did* start a relationship with my 'Bolin' friend, then I wouldn't be into it fully. Half my attentions would always be, even sub-consciously, looking for that 'certain someone else' and that would almost be like mentally cheating to me. So, best for me not to even give the temptation a chance to take root ^^

~FFVIII gaming update!~

Okay, right now I'm still early in the beginnings of the game. I've just had the snot beaten out of me by cheating Seifer, who gave me that 'lovely' and distinctive scar across my face (Squall's face really =p).
Just chatted with Quistis, and omg I had forgotten how...obsessive...her fanclub was XDD
I *was* going to head on out to the Fire Cavern to take my SEED exam, but I ran into a big as$ red T-Rex...and the biatch took a HUGE chunk outta my as$ XDD

To give a lil idea of how *powerful* this mofo is (it's the strongest monster on the field at this point), after only two chomps of its massive teeth, my charry is hanging on by a thread with like 1 HP. The T-Rex...he's got like 10,000 to 13,000 HP

But the EXP and AP I can get from killin' this biatch? A ton. His as$ is grass

Hmm... I see. Well, it is quite the situation. Well, I won't say much else about it since from what I've seen here, our definition of love might be a bit different and I wouldn't want you to feel uncomfortable due to that difference. In any case, I see that you care for your Bolin deeply, like any best friend would, and I'm sure that he must be aware of that. If you're sure that your relationship with Bolin would not work out, then yeah, I guess it's best to leave it as a friendship. Of course, this also means that if you don't manage to find you Mako, then you'd end up losing twice.

On the other hand, if you'd manage to find your Mako, you can be sure that he will never be like Bolin. But Bolin would never be like Mako either, so that would make you have a soul mate while having your best friend Bolin encourage your relationship with Mako. However, this is also risky since you don't know how he is yet. There's a chance that he will be ideal in every way and there's a chance that he may not.

I wonder: Did Bolin propose to you? If he did, did you told him that you need time to think things through? From what I'm reading here, he seems to keep your thoughts in mind and if you ask him for time, I think he will understand. Anyway, the final decision lies within you and if your mind agree with your heart in your final decision, then I'm sure that it will be the wisest decision in this case.

*nods* He kinda did. He was wondering if we may possibly someday be 'more' than friends. I've thought about it, and really looked deep in my heart to see if I could just 'be with' him...but I keep coming back to the same answer of I love him as a brother, but I'm not in love with him. And it wouldn't be right or fair to try to pretend I am, just so that he could be happy in a pseudo-relationship. Because in the end I would just end up hurting him terribly, because my 'feelings' would be forced. So...I'm going to tell him my answer, and hopefully he'll understand and be cool with it.
