So, it was Sakura's punch that resulted in the house falling down, right?
I have to say, reading this was quite entertaining.. I knew Sarada would be related to Karin. I honestly can't emphasize how pathetic Sakura looks.. and I'm not even talking about her doing housework or anything people consider to be sexist. She waited all of Part 1 miserably (except when she was with Naruto), all of Part 2 miserably (once again, except when she was with Naruto), and now TWELVE years for Sasuke, a guy who is never around. A guy who did nothing but degrade her the entire series and break her down to nothing but tears, someone who contributed absolutely NOTHING of worth to her life.
And yet, all this time later, she still stands there spouting damage control when her own "daughter" questions her about this. The worst part was when I saw she put her picture over Karin's in the "family" photo. I laughed so hard. Seriously? They don't even have one photo together. Sakura is so desperate that she had to put her photo over Karin's in the picture frame.
Oh yeah, and suddenly she faints a lot.. she must be seeing Sasuke's ghost quite often. I wonder, when she gets to be Tsunade's age and Sasuke still isn't around and she begins to look back at her life, what will she think? Oh well, I guess she'd consider a life of nothing but waiting around miserably, distracting herself from the truth and lying to herself fulfilling.
I disagree about one thing, which is I think she's still Sakura's child !
But yeah, it was soooo pathetic to know that she put her own picture over Karin's. I feel really bad for her ! She loved Sasuke, and because of this now, she has to suffer more and more !If she was with Naruto, she wouldn't have to go through all this.
All this tea from one chapter though. I'm betting right now that Naruto and Sakura are gonna end up having a moment together that'll erupt the fandom into flames again.
This is exactly what I think ! Now that she destroyed her house, Naruto will probably try to help her or something... But once again, just like all the drama in the first chapter, it will only be a red herring.
Next chapter, SS reunion or more blows to the fandom.

I have some predictions :
1- Either Sasuke will come back to Konoha and hear about Sakura being at the hospital, go see her, and then Sarada will come in, and see them maybe hugging each other, hear them talking, and then we'll know for sure at that moment that Sakura is in fact, really Sarada's mom.
2-Sarada will first meet with Sasuke, and maybe be angry at him then she will cry and forgive him, because...it's SASUKE, and everyyyyone forgives him whatever he does ! Then we'll have the confirmation that Sakura is Sarada's mom.
3- Maybe Sasuke will see Karin, and there will be a talk between them...aaaand of course we'll know that in fact she's not Sarada's mom. And later, we'll have an SS moment.
. But Kikitten says that they all must endure it 
. She'll probably have some special painkillers or she can activate her Byakugou she can last with that seal for a whole week doing it non stop
