Are we ever gonna get some form of interview or discussion from Kishi about his thoughts and questions about the ending? Given that people keep tweeting to his assistant as to "Why did this happen?" just enforces the fact that people really did care about the story and as fans and consumers they really deserve some clarity? I assume this would have to be after "The Last" will be released and after the reviews come in.
As I recall when people watched the ending to "Mass Effect" they were very disappointed but Bioware immediately sent out a messages to the fans and discussing their thoughts and reasons for. And in response the fans were awarded with an extended cut of the ending to provide more clarity. Obviously the context isn't the exact same for Naruto but in a different franchise, they changed the ending to "Evangelion" didn't they?

With no-one wearing their real face
It's a whiteout of emotion
And I've only got my brittle bones to break the fall
When the love in letters fade
It's like moving in slow motion
And we're already too late if we arrive at all
And then we're caught up in the arms race
An involuntary addiction
And we're shedding every value our mothers taught
So will you please show me your real face
Draw the line in the horizon
Cos I only need your name to call the reasons why I fought

Even if there's an interview, don't expect much. Kishi will probably just give us generic answers like "It's been a great 15 years. Hope you guys enjoyed the ending. Blah blah." I doubt he'll address the issues a lot of people have with the ending. The assistants will give us generic answers like "Naruto is over. This is Kishi's work. Please give this series a lot of love and go watch the movie, buy that Hinata clock, and follow Part 3 ^o^"
If he puts the blame on SJ/SP, saying he was pressured, he'll make them look bad. Might make professional relationship awkward since he's going to write part 3. It also makes him look bad for losing his integrity.
If he says he's been planning this ending for 15 years, it makes Kishi look bad as an author.
The most I see is what people have been saying.. Kishi coming out in a few years like JKR, saying that the ending should have been NS.

I love the part where he says he drunk dialed her number and confessed to her. I can totally imagine Naruto doing that to Sakura. XD. The angst man. ;( NS is very angsty.
"I got nothing I got nothing.." Wow. I admit..that part made my eyes water.
The Script is quite the band imo... I've 2 more by them

Alright to fill the empty void we've had, some of you wanted me to make a review regarding LadyGT's After The War. Yes the doujinshi was made months before the last two chapters came out, but you can kinda say this could take place after Naruto and Sasuke's fight.
So here it is:
THAT'S WHAT HEROES DO, THEY SAVE PEOPLE!!
