It is possible if the Kurenai child is from the present time, and the NH kids are just from some last minute ending timeskip. It would explain why there's an older girl who looks like the child as well.

 

None of those older girls are her. She like her mother has distinct red eyes.

People... THERE ARE ARTISTS that tends to draw or created artwork that are very, very closely to the official works. Best example I can give you is the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Many artists drew lineart and stuff very similar to the official works from SEGA. There are tons of that in sites like deviantart.

Yes that is what I am saying. It's a prominent feature on both the kids and it's definitely noticeable. For the girl they even have an accessory around it. Like to me this is as big a red flag as the kids being older than Kurenai's kid which is impossible.
