Indeed, she was happy. But as far as I remember, she was already starting to feel lonely before she saw Sasuke with the other girls, and even when she was happy while eating her food at the table, the rose that Sasuke gave her, was starting to fade. So, I think that it might symbolize that she was beggining to feel like her place was not in this world, she just wasn't completely aware of it until she saw the playboy Sasuke, that was the last thing she needed to fully understand. But she was already really saddened by the loneliness that the loss of her parents caused her.
That was what i expressed she already felt lonely when she left her home but the fact that when she saw Sasuke she may have thought that he could fill up her loneliness on that moment but seconds later witnessed that he was just a player then it was the final blow.
I'm not saying that she would have left the world or not because it's a "what if" scenario but i felt indeed that the Sasuke scene was the final blow, not the significant blow but the last one.
