What game isn't overrated now-a-days? Oblivion and Fallout are two series that have reputation behind them and they are good games in their own right. They are not for everyone, but they have much to offer. A few of my friends clocked in over 40 hours in the game alone and that is just with the main quest apparently.

May I know whether you have played the game? If no then you have no right to call it overrated. If yes, then.....you still have no right!!! But seriously calling a game overrated without playing it is wrong.

An game is overrated when it bilds a lot of hype, and then it doen't live up to it, but Skyrim is considered an total sucess by both game critis and majority of the players, so you tell me, how can a game that was critically aclaimed by everyone, be overrated?

I'MMMMMM..... not into those mainstream games that are not from Nintendo though I WILL say that as amazing as a game is I don't think people should scream their heads off like it's the best thing ever and shoot down other opinions on it cause others' opinions matter too after all. Everyone is different but yes they shouldn't show prejudice against a game without playing it first. Personally I can't really say if I think Skyrim is overrated cause I've never played it But I hear that it IS a good game. Personally, I wouldn't think I'd try it cause It's not my type of game and maybe many people feel that way but If it is good I will logically say so.
