Found a new story: You Said YES by Aurora Kunoichi.

A story of Naruto that had a very near death scene and ask Sakura to become his wife, but then Kyuubi healed him and Sakura is currently doubting the marriage because of her stubborness (and fear of having even more regrets.)

Oh and since this a M-rated with a lemon on its current chapter, just a reminder, please post the recent M-rated stories in the Adult section (or at least contact me and the other admins/mods so we can added those in), if it has a lemon scene. Because I had seen a bunch of stories that are M-rated with lemons here and the "over 18" section is lacking updates.

The original version showed Naruto a bit forceful to the point that some readers thought he was raping her. But then after reading the revised version, it actually flowed with Naruto now being more subtle and Sakura telling him why she want to stop the marriage, despite the fact that she does want him before the lemon begins.

They are other fan fiction sites on the net like mediaminer.org but either they don't have too many stories or don't have enough variety. Fanfiction.net has all of that and it's the most common and famous fan fiction site there is.

EDIT: oops I almost forgot about the Heaven and Earth library it's contains all kinds of Naruto stories and obviously NS stories.
