No, not omake, just as arcs is anime always goes long, but in gintama there is many stories like episode=story, like day of Hijikata or day of Matsudaira, etc.

Nothing's wrong. You know that my grandma is ill and I thought my watching anime time will be more limited
I plan to stop watching for a while after watching ep 48 and 49 since those two eps are too much with showing too much skin
