his motives to become Hokage are for all the wrong reasons, he does not deserve the title and it is not just something he can claim

 

 

Sasuke does not "get it" still 

 

Naruto still has to make Sasuke see the "truth" which will lead to the "final" battle of the manga

 

I wouldn't say it's for the "wrong" reasons but when Sasuke said that Naruto immediately recalled what Itachi said: ...It's the one who is acknowledged that becomes hokage.

Plus if Sasuke already accept that no one will choose him, then how can he become Hokage? That's the mystery.

I feel like its a knee jerk reaction as oppose to Naruto who's always been dreaming of becoming one and that knee-jerk response to decide to become hokage turns a lot of the readers off and, or, even the other characters in the manga.

I don't think it is knee jerk at all... like always Sasuke thinks about things long and hard but comes up with the wrong answer, he has done this the entire manga and I don't expect him to stop now just when the water is coming to a boil

I doubt killing is going to be any part of it since its a position for the hokage and Sasuke is trying to win back the good guys. It will be more like serious spar. Kinda like the last duel between Hashirama and Madara in the flashback, but without the begging for honor kill.

I don't think he's trying to win back the good guys. He said that he didn't really care about what the others thought about him. He knows that he's done some bad things, but at the moment he doesn't care.

It's funny because when it comes to Sasuke, it makes us change our mind whenever he do something. In short, as much I want to believe this, I'll wait.

I think that's just his usual over-confident attitude since he had as a kid which bothered Naruto even then.

I feel that the fight between Naruto and Sasuke will come after Naruto becomes Hokage, the fight won't be for the title, but after Naruto gets the title, Sasuke will attack the village, feeling that nothing will be changed, unless he is the one on top.

Hm, didn't think of that. Possible. All I know is they will fight and the frog hasn't been wrong yet, so no denying the future. Heck, even the cat from FT prediction is coming perfectly well. Point is we don't know when, why, what, and how they will fight. I learn from show to never feel too comfortable. Oddly enough I learned from the recent show. Anyway, we shall wait.

Then Naruto wont change Sasuke and he will fail also, because it would be obvious that Sasuke would die and probably a high chance of Naruto dying along with him.

3000 is too much imo. 1000-2000 is enough. The sage lived that long time ago?   That means Kurama didn't have a host until Mito showed up.

I heard so too. Since they both seem to possess the ability of prophecy, and both foretold Naruto.

 

 

Pooor Kurama, he was so happy once a free spirit of destruction, hating on shinobi's for betraying his father's dream of peace, and instead choosing to fight each other.

Well he did say it took so long but now Naruto is the one to bring them light. Question is how long. Man, I want Sasuke to have an army and just backstab everyone. But first, they need to celebrate, then play a music, which only one person would notice, then massive genocide. Yeah...only less than 2 hrs now...

RIkudo's summoning I don't think so... I think that was just an assumption from fans xD

 

Anyway, on the databook it stated that the old frog has more than 1000years. Fukasaku and Shima are about 600years old.
