It might be a good thing that Sasuke flirts with Sakura in this movie. She will obviously blush at the beginning given the feelings she's had for him ever since childhood. But now that Sasuke has become exactly the kind of man she wished him to be ever since she was a kid she might ask herself during the movie "Do I really love him now?"

Now see, that is a really great point, and it will show how much has Sakura grown from her 12-year-old hateable self. Its the funny thing about desires at a young age. After growing up and seeing some perspectives, people will go on and think, "this is all I wanted at that age and now years later, I could get that, but do I really want it after everything that has happened?"

I really hope Kishi would do something like this and put Sakura to realize that this is not what she truly wants which would remove most of the luster that she has received from the haters.

I think that's one of the reasons why Kishi is keeping a very sharp eye on this movie. This will make or break Sakura's character development.

It might not be canon but it reflect the character intent Kishimoto has for his characters. As of now Kishimoto is demonstrating us that in a scenario in which Sasuke is nice and charming Sakura's crush on him can resurface. What can make or break her character in this movie is if she able to have a change of heart on the matter now the her dream Sasuke has become a reality. I would find it very disappointing if she remained infatuated with Sasuke through the very end of the movie, it would show her as the same type of girl she's always been since she was a kid. But I think Kishimoto intends for her to go through some character development in this movie regarding her feelings, otherwise what was even the point of her going into the genjutsu and retaining her personality along with Naruto?

Kishimoto already showed that she retains feelings for Sasuke in chapter 540, so there's no need to reaffirm it in this movie. That's why I think that part of the reason that she retains her personality along with Naruto is for her to go through this type of development. She needs to start seeing things in a new perspective and this what if scenario might be the trigger for it to happen.

edit: I didn't notice Sasuke's bowl at first. I saw that he didn't have chopsticks (see them now on the bowl), but didn't realize he was playing with her hair. He's totally flirting with her, but she looks uncomfortable. Flattered, but uncomfortable. 10 bucks say she's calls him annoying by the end of the movie!

I think this is more about common sense, I mean, there is not much to explore on the series anymore, and since Kishimoto seems to be tying all loose ends in this war arc, there won't be much to do later.

Hahaha xD I cannot wait to see this Sasuke. For the first time I can't wait to see him in the movies! I am getting psyched up; the more I learn about the movie, the more anxious I get to see it!

And I think it is good to have This Sasuke interact with Sakura in this way. After all, this Sasuke is the one Sakura has dreamed about! Once she realizes he isn't that great or wasn't what she hopped for, she'll get over him really quick. I'm pretty sure a princely, Mr. Perfect playboy can get pretty boring and annoying after a while.

I hope that blog that mentioned the VA's teasing about NaruSaku in the movie is right. Actually this world might represent how Naruto secretly wants thing to be. With his parents alive he can have the family he always wished for and now that this Sasuke is openly flirting with Sakura that means Naruto can go all out in courting Sakura in return.

This really might be Naruto's secret fantasy realized. Now that Sakura has the option of being with Sasuke it means Naruto can happily try to win Sakura and he'll know that if she chooses him in the end it's because she truly prefers him over Sasuke.

Sadly as of now it seems Sakura is fancying this new Sasuke. Let's hope Naruto can make some sort of turn around during the movie.

Y'know, that makes a lot of sense. And also, if we look at episode 235, it seems to imply this is true that Naruto (and Jiraiya) have self-punishment issues regarding their love lives.

I didn't notice Sasuke playing with Sakura's hair until you pointed it out. Gotta admit, I sort of understand why Naruto is so pissed off. I really hope he steps up his game, maybe he'll finally get the courage to tell her he would love to kiss her forehead. Maybe Minato himself will give him love advice, a good father-son talk would be pretty cool.

This. This so much. If this happens, I can see Minato telling him to do the same thing he did to Kushina. After he finds out that Naruto has something that she likes about Sakura the same way Minato has something he likes about Kushina. When Minato realizes how similar or exactly the same the situation is to theirs (Minato and Kushina's) when they were younger, I can see Minato and Kushina wide eyed with shock, looking at each other and then burst out laughing like a maniac at how similar the circumstances are.

Anyways, as of the craziness that has been ensuing about this movie, I will now conclude that Kishimoto has finally snapped and gone on crack while writing the plot.

At least, this has the potential to be better than what Kishi may have written in the last month or so and be somewhat/mostly hilarious.

Edit to Fenris: It will benefit us for a good amount. This looks to be an all or nothing thing. Either Sakura will fall for Sasuke's charm, in that universe, and we're sunk or she could see that this is not really what she wants in that universe or any universe and will finally fully grow out of it.

I think there's also a good chance that Naruto might stumble upon a good amount of Super Sexy Hinata time, if it happens then Naruto might do the same, he'll blush since Hinata is aggressively flirting with him but will probably feel uncomfortable since she's not the one he truly wants.

If Sakura gets some Sasuke then Naruto better get some Hinata. Just for the sake of Naruto and Sakura getting annoyed by their respective rival in love.

Yeah, well obviously from the poster - Naruto is not okay with it. It's darn better then seeing him just sitting there with a pout on his face or worse - with Hinata, having being all over him. He's clearly offended and baffled. What if this movie is an awakening for them both? Hinata tries to get Naruto with her newfound confidence. Sasuke, being.. ahem, like that ... - Tries to get Sakura. And both, realize they only want each other.

i think its different...sakura had a crush on sasuke now hes flirting with her and shes not used to it.

naruto never liked hinata....so her being sexy would probably scare him off XDDD....
