It's that his design has a cape/robe which is something you would wear when going out for a long time. No one in Konoha is doing that. But time will tell.

Yeah, his design might hint as a wanderer, but, like you said, time will tell
Then that would mean Naruto was protecting Sasuke. O_o
No, all the quotes that were released with the character's designs were said by those characters. Kakashi says something about protecting his people, hinting he may have become Hokage.
I thought the same thing about Naruto protecting Sasuke, but said maybe I missed something or misunderstood what you said.
If Kakashi said that then he became Hokage.
Highly unlikely. Redemption is an extremely important theme in the story, and leaving Sasuke as a wanderer would mean Naruto failed in his lifelong mission.
Leaving Sasuke as a wanderer doesn't mean he failed. He wanted him back, but if Sasuke chose to be a wanderer and, at the same time, he let go of his plans regarding being Hokage, I don't think Naruto will make him unwillingly dragging back to Konoha.
The important thing is that he's saved from what he came to be.

In my opinion this manga's best villain were Danzo,Tobi and Madara.But Kishi messed up.
