Thanks to SP trying to shove NH down our throats

 

SP has always been biased when it comes to Hinata. Even NaruHina consists of mostly fillers in the anime. And the scarf could be given by anyone. It could be given by Sasuke, Sakura or Kakashi. Or maybe even Iruka. I don't see why NaruHina fans get excited by the scarf.

Or should I blame Kishi to add a character who'll be so much overrated??

They meant that some here thought NH might be canon cause of a tweet which turned out that it's a tweet made, that was re-twitted, just to tease fans. That's all.

We'll just have to wait and see how the movie is and the manga ends. If NaruSaku becomes canon, I'm sure they would shut their mouths.

If Sasuke is a wanderer, how could Naruto ever fulfill his Promise of a Lifetime?

 

But again, when Naruto said he'll "bring him back" it can be interpreted explicitly to bring him back to Konoha; or it can also be interpreted implicitly to bring him back to the good side. I suppose, the former is more in line...

 

Naruto did say he could not confess to Sakura before he fulfilled his promise. so...

 

Anyways, someone brought a nice benchmark earlier with the significance of movie poster from other series (i.e. Inuyasha or Rurouni Kenshin). I tend to agree with the observation. That is, if Hinata is going to play a role in the movie, it'll probably more for conflict introduction/resolution for her side. I'm still stand firm with my guess since she's introduced --that somehow she'll be the catalyst to make NaruSaku canon. I'll keep my fingers crosssed.

 

I like the fact that regardless of the hoo-haa with the twitter, we got a detailed sketches of Naruto and Sakura side-by-side. Some more we have Naruto's sketch behind Sakura's for height comparison. I'm quite certain that these two will play as main cast throughout the movie (hopefully as much as they were in Road to Ninja). There's no point to promote them in details just to skip their importance.

I think Sasuke won't be back to Konoha, although I want him to. From what the manga is showing and the way he's dressing in The Last, he seems a wanderer.

Plus, the plot is about a moon and end of the world. I don't think Sasuke's plans are to end the world. So, it's possible that Naruto and Sasuke has reached a kind of understanding and let each go their way. Though, I'm interested to know who's the person that Sasuke is protecting.

I think Sasuke won't be back to Konoha, although I want him to. From what the manga is showing and the way he's dressing in The Last, he seems a wanderer.

As for Sasuke's peculiar design, a few other fans and myself have theorised it may be because he's hiding something under that bandana. Maybe Naruto left a scar on his head this time, as a parallel to how Naruto scraped his forehead protector the first time at VoTE.

No, that tweet wasn't a retweet, but another naruhina tweet before that one was retweet from somewhere else.

 

Several fans including myself have pointed out that tweet was just talking about the new things in the poster: the scarf, Hinata's design, and the tagline. It doesn't necessarily link the scarf to Hinata or Hinata to the tagline. =|

@Everyone -- let's stop talking about the first tweet, the other tweet, the tweet that was retweeted before the second tweet was tweeted, and then the tweets about the tweeted tweets....   x__X

 

It's ALL nonsense at this point that sheds no actual light on what's going to happen, and all it does is cause anxiety and confusion.

 

I think everyone here has endured quite enough thanks to the scarf, the stupid tweets, and Hinata in general. 

 

Take a break if you have to, and for the love of all things holy... CHILL OUT.  We've got a ways to go yet and need to pace ourselves.

i really couldn't care less if hinata got in the way of ns. my one and only problem is with the hype and expectations that think she'll play some large role in the movie, even though contrary to the widespread opinion, it has been far from the opposite in the past. she'll have her little moments here and there, but just look at the entirety of the manga and see how irrelevant she truly is. her character brings nothing to the table other than the potential of leading an irrelevant clan, and even that hasn't been touched on in years.

 

anything is possible when it comes to kishi and she could very well play a large role in the movie, but for now i'm going to stick by my opinion based on years of neglect on her character.

I don't see how the quote have to do with him coming back or not ? Maybe I missed something. Either way if he comes back, that's great for me cause I want him back to Konoha XD
 
About what you said concerning the bandana, it's interesting. But, I think it's just a design added.

Oh okay. And, yes, the scarf has nothing to do with anything pairing related.

I agree.She's a secondary character and irrelevant.She's a pairing fodder.She had her shining time like Shika.This is all.Her fans claim that she's relevant and real heroine.And absolutely she's not.

i guess they had to shrink the scarf because the one that extended to hinata was too big of a hint to nh.

I think Hinata's outfit is sleeveless. Her face color matches to her bare arm. Maybe she's not conservative now. If this is the case, she kinda has a similar outfit to tsunade.
