People really love this character want that character to play a huge role in the story. What's you're take on this topic?

 

 

Me: I'm not one of those authors who just writes stories for the fans. I only write the stories I feel are the most noteworthy to tell, basically I love the fans for their support but I'm not gonna alter what I've already planned for the story. Authors that only write stories and make characters important because of the fans demand then  clearly these authors have no interest in their story.

You know when I finish rereading O-Parts Hunter (666 Satan) I'm going to do a Naruto vs O-Parts Hunter Which is Better because it's something I've been wanting to do for a long time. Granted I know what's better, but the majority of the english anime fans don't. 

 

You read o part hunters? I own a few volumes and i think kishi's younger brother is a little bit more better than masashi' himself. When he established a love triangle he manage to end the love triangle in a few volumes unlike kishi who dragged out the love triangle until the very bitter end. The female herione ruby actually stands out when helping the mc jio I mean look at the final chapters.

That picture pretty much summarized what happened. As for the that comment it just shows how stupid and immature the fanbase is and of course wrong. Hinata having that power is contrived bullsh**. As for the "boob power" I'm talking from experience here, in high school I had my Hinata. She was brunette, hot, a loud mouth but shy and quiet around me, plus she was always watching me and she also had the "boob power".    And she confessed and I rejected her. Booyah.

That's the thing I've noticed about O-Parts Hunter each volume gets better and better. That's what I love about this series, none of the main characters and important side characters got sidelined each one has their relevence in the story and leaves a huge impact on the story. Seishi to be far exceeds his standards as an author than what his older bro Masashi could ever do with Naruto. Plus i agree when it comes Ruby and her relationship Jio.

BS. Hinata never showed any God powers. Her chakra changed color, only to allow her to still use it even when Toneri activated his chakra sucking ability, but she could still only preform the usual main branch technique. She didn't get a power up like Naruto and Sasuke and she damn sure ain't on their level.

Sakura didn't have any godlike powers yet she beat Kaguya. Granted Naruto and Sasuke helped but still she kicked more ass than Hinata ever did.

Kishimoto was misguided on his statements on popularity in japan since over there people who like Hinata are the few otaku who like Naruto, I think he was watching the western fandom instead

 

Kishi admitted a few years ago he never used computers, so any data he'd be recieving would be from third parties like editors and assistants who we've seen have been trying to push their own agenda, and chances are once he did get used to technology, these same editors would be the ones guiding him and made him believe that the hate on the net is a representation of the majority not the minority, and that the hate actually affects the popularity of the manga

 

Reality is good percentage of the fans are casual and would not have cared because they wouldn't put any thought in the ending, another good percentage would not have cared who ended with who, as long as the story was given a proper ending that made sense, then there is the hardcore that are loud as hell and actually care for the charactors and their development, and then we have the smaller rabid Otaku's who are the loudest, and most dangerous, the ones who sent bomb threats because they don't like a certain manga getting popular (how dare a manga about basketball with no big boobed timid girls be popular) , the type that rage when a idol wants a life and actually wants to date, no longer wanting to be pure and ready for their servitude in their mind (just how they picture Hinata). These guys are the most dangerous fanbase, the ones ruining the Manga//Anime industry, the ones that the damn industry is so busy trying to nicklel and dime than the entire endustry is in a decline because being associated with Anime/Manga makes you a deprived sad lonely person.

 

Besides having a charactor hated is not always a bad thing, it means people actually think about them, and their actions, it's those whose actions nobody cares for is the ones you need to look out for, there are allot of charactors that are popular in name, but when they are given the limelight nobody cares, Hinata is one of them, she is so generic and dull that dispite being touted as the heroine at the end she couldn't carry the movie by herself, everyone else had to carry her. It's why promotions focused on everyone else, because even SP knows that while Hinata is popular for her looks nobody would care to go watch her if she was centre stage, because as a charactor she lacks charactor. (it's probably why fanfic writers love her, they can mold her into whoever they want).

 

Can somebody think of any popular long running manga series where someone with Hinata's personality was the lead female lead and was popular? And don't say Orihime from Bleach, that girl is awesome and is kooky and fun.

Sure.  As we all know, it requires a great deal of power, intelligence, skill, and concentration to have big breasts.  I bet her training bra came with a Mensa membership.

 

And Hinata may have been retconned to have some kind of special eye power, but it doesn't change the fact that when it counted most on the battlefield she tripped and fell.  Tripped and fell.

 

So:

 

A top-heavy girl who is inept despite the advantages of a prestigious family, pure blood, and an ocular power she did nothing to acquire....

 

or

 

A girl with a natural figure who worked very hard to acquire a power that "anyone" can get but only one other person ever has, and used that power to help save the world....

It's amazing how Hinata defenders sway and always deflect from the real problem. Even now... I say Kishi's being a kitten guy for doing that to Sakura, people only see that I'm an NS fan thus I'm salty. Dude, no, the problem isn't even that NS didn't happen, don't you get it? If I refer NS it's because of my own personal opinion in regards to some things but this doesn't change the fact that Kishi's a kitten human being for what he did.
