I saw a scan of prologue of the last
which says an OVA related to Hogoromo/Hamura

just like RTN OVA

and remember, we got Hinata/Hanabi episode just like Road to Sakura


so... they are following RTN heavily..

expecting a HUGE success

 

I was expecting a mock short-story that highlighted NH and, more specifically, Hinata in a central and dramatic fashion like the OVA from 2011 that resolved itself beautifully with Sakura tearfully and happily realising that Naruto wasn't dead as she laid atop him. Thank goodness it's not the case.

not only makes him a bad person (if the sexist comment wasn't enough), but also a terrible writer :v there are better ways of "trolling" without doing this kitten. he's even losing money of what could have been if he would have used a different strategy

Besides even if it is like she says  considering the info she has is legit  its still ridiculous to do that now  makes no sens  that should have been in the manga  not forced in a freaking movie I wonder what they would asspull now with this if its legit

Exactly. I feel the same. I don't think I would be very very pleased even if NS becomes canon in the movie. The series ended at 698 for me. The manga is supposed to be the original. Even if I ignore 700 as a bad joke, what happened in 699? Sakura fangirled, Naruto was with Hinata, Sasuke officially became the MC because the ending was all seen through his eyes and then the thing that hurt the most-- Naruto and Sakura not even getting the chance to talk to each other. After everything they've been through..what a slap in the face ! 

Naruto just stood behind her. But biased words and panel with ONLY Hinata-hime on it is bad and whole Sasuke-fest for ending that even MC got like 2 lines in general and didn't resolve ANY of his decisions is ooc.

I don't know, this is exactly the kind of reaction that a marketing company salivates over.  They call it "buzz" - if they're talking about you, you're winning.  Even if they're talking trash about you.

 

They get the ENTIRE Naruto fandom to come this way.

 

1. NH shippers bought out all the presale tickets for opening night.  Even if they hear the movie is bad for them, it's too late, that's money in the bank.

2. Normal Naruto fans (non shippers) will probably go out of curiosity regardless.  Can Kishimoto rectify this clusterkitten?  Watch to find out!

3. If NS/SK fans hear that NH/SS doesn't actually happen in the movie, they will flock to it in droves.

4. If this movie turns out to be a total mind kitten, then even the fans who stopped reading or watching the series will eventually go, just to see what is so weird about it.

 

I tend to like series that are "mind kittens" - things which are not what they seem.  My favorite series of all time is Shoujo Kakumei Utena, aka Revolutionary Girl Utena.  EVERYTHING in that series is some kind of illusion, and the friggin characters tell you as much in the first episode, but you don't realize how deep the rabbit hole goes until the very end.  Another less famous series, from Studio Pierrot no less, is Tenshi ni Narumon,  with angels and demons and vampires and all sorts of wackiness.  And a first class plot twist at the end, before a happy ending.  (It's a shounen parody of a shoujo series, but that isn't immediately clear.)

Think about it. Even if they get trolled, you and all NS fans were trolled in the middle. So, "I will humiliate you, so I can humiliate the other ones in the end.", " I used you in this way, so we can have fun at the end."

Yup, here's the comment:
Movie stuff aside Its a water balloon yo yo. Because of the winter festival they have those games like trying to use a paper scoop to get fish that you would normally see in most animes. In this game I think you use a line with a hook on the end to lift a water balloon out of water and if you succeed without the hook breaking you keep it as a prize. So theyre basically tough water balloons on rubber strings that you can hit with your palm. At my local obon festival I got a couple and I thought I could save mine but yeah doesnt happen. Sadly they shrink after time. ^^;
