Cute?    She may know Naruto likes Sakura because she stalks him so much. Also, in chapter 631, she may have heard Naruto call Sakura his girlfriend.

Umm don't know when you left. But the tweet wasn't as bad as everybody was thinking because it seems more like the tweet said it like "Oh Hinata's in the movie!" thingy. 
And on a game in the official movie site Yamato's quote for Sakura's feelings was quoted.
But if you know that already, no, nothing new.

There was a tweet on the official movie twitter where the poster commented on Naruto's scarf and Hinata's portrait being different from the others (she was looking to the side while everyone was facing the viewer).

 

Before people assumed the twitter post was talking about the scarf and Hinata being linked which is not the case. Regardless it's at best a pairing tease to get people talking but typically everyone here loses their minds and think NaruHina is canon despite learning nothing from Road to Ninja.

 

With everything cleared up now there is nothing to be worried about. The twitter didn't confirm anything, just made comments to get people talking.

 

People made the connection with the scarf and Hinata based on that sketch of the mystery woman but that's dumb because now that we know the design the woman and Hinata don't look anything alike from what I can tell.

Yes, it is, but it's just teasing. They saw a "x" review from the movie and they say: "Toward Hinata!?"

 

I was really starting to like this theory until the OP mentioned Hinata kissing Naruto despite him being in a relationship with Sakura in this prediction.

 

EDIT: I do like the idea of Hinata being an antagonist out of jealousy. Plus it's an okay prediction to make considering the quote about "beginning of love" or whatever.

I read that its an interesting possibility that fits the narrative kIshimoto sensei has put together. its a little too weepy in some parts too much of a guilt trip about Naruto not loving hinata but at the same time it presents some interesting ideas which are consistent with prior material.

yes the ナルヒナ was mentioned in those tweets but they wasn't obviously enjoying at that. Anyway I searched more with the tag ナルト and I seen some tweets about narusaku and naruhina. One has even made my day, it was like "What? 10 years of development has been frittered away in a movie? No way!" Sad but true :(

Ah, thank you! Yeah, really is true. That sounds like something we would say... You know, it sounds silly but I'm sort of amazed when Japanese fans have similar reactions/commentary as us -- amazed in a good way. I guess it's cause they're the target audience, so if our interpretations match theirs then we must be looking at the story right, is what I figure haha.

I once saw a tweet from a Japanese fan that said Naruto and Sakura's relationship was one of the best parts (real pleasure/thrill/joy - they used the word daigomi) of Naruto. I was like "aww..." heh, esp cause I feel the same way.

The narrotor stopped on purpose so he could tease. Also, it doesn't say anything about his feelings, only that Sakura's groth has done something to naruto

 

You mean the extended teaser?  I wonder what that means.  We already know how strongly he feels about her, so I'm won't br surprised if doesn't have anything to do with his emotions.  His love for her is already the real deal.

About the Scarf( yes it seems hand made) now that I  watch the big picture what if Hinata try again to confess, but this time Naruto reject her and happen s something similar like this:
