Because he when he switched everything, Law was facedown, and that's how Doflamingo shot him. Doflamino never saw his face as he shot. The actual switch happened really fast, and then Law undid the switch.

so law is so good that doffy couldn't notice the tats on his arm or any noticeable difference for that matter? i don't buy it man.

Oh and yeah, luffy, the cliff hangers suck T_T but I did like this one, that was epic.

Like I said though, Law was face down, plus he swapped the coat and hat, like we saw in this chapter. The coat law wears covers his entire arm. Plus it looks like his hand is tucked under his body.
so the switch was so fast that doffy doesn't notice any slight changes at all, not even the skin tone on the back of the neck that's visible? the shichibukai/the guy who trashed smoker/the guy who tanked red hawk/the guy who made one of the best speeches in op couldn't notice anything different at all?

Lol maybe, maybe not XD but at least it wasn't as bad as you originally thought. Personally, I liked how the chapter went because I really like law, and I loved how he's a constant schemer.
lol true, you always manage to calm me down when i b*tch about something in op xD. with all the law that's been happening in this arc, i personally don't want to see him for about 300-400 chapters. i think the next supernova that will be explored is drake or kid, hoping it's drake since he's my fav supernova. i hope i'll be able to enjoy this fight next chapter, considering what this chapter did to my enthusiasm for it.

just kidding, I don't like Sengoku. Law was my favorite Supernova (not cub ting Luffy and Zoro, of course). What makes Drake your fav? And also, what do you think of the relationship between Law and Luffy?

I am the Buddha of OP...I am Sengoku
well his DF is pretty awesome, been a fan of zoan types since lucci. and of course i just love his design, which gives me the impression that there is much to drake that oda hasn't revealed yet. would love to know why he quit the marines and became a pirate. also, what's his relationship with kaido.
i don't really find their relationship to be anything special imo. i read some comments claiming that law is luffy's whitebeard, which i haven't gotten that vibe at all. i feel like kid will be luffy's whitebeard.

I like the whole T-rex thing. Although, he is at a handicap with those chibi arms. At least we can scratch one thing off our "how he got that scar on his chin" list, as he clearly didn't get that from his claws He could have an interesting story though.
I doubt Kid would be Luffy's whitebeard, he doesn't really seem to respect Luffy, and he has an open hostility for Luffy. Whitebeard and Roger never had any real animosity towards each other it looks like, they seemed to be friends but rivals. I think Law falls into that spot perfectly.

That's true. But if you think about it, Luffy has been portrayed as the next version of Roger, their personalities apparently were the same. Law is more reminiscent to Whitebeards personality that Kid is. Kid has killed civilians, I highly doubt Whitebeard would have ever been the type to kill innocent bystanders. Law wouldn't ever care enough to do that. I think the personalities are enough of a parallel. I don't want kid to be Luffy's Whitebeard to be Kid :(

i don't think kid respects luffy just because he said he's going to find one piece, he just didn't laugh at him because he can sympathize with him. i think earning the respect of a trigger happy person like kid will take much more than that.
lol i think the last crew member will be male, but i would love for it to be female. it's already a sausage fest on the sunny as it is.
