I want to talk about a think with you guys in regards to this Hokage matter, Sakura's character and her love for the both boys.
We all know that the best thing SS clings on is the fact that no one told Sakura about the Uchiha wipe-out plan.
I am fairly positive Kishi will bring this up when Sasuke will expose his reasons to become Hokage, yadda yadda.
As we know, either we like it or not, Sakura is a very merciful person and she'll probably go 'few tears mode on enabled' about this fact.
However, it will come in conflict, for sure, with the fact that she supports Naruto's dream. Or at least she did.
So how do you find this ? How do you think it will take place. And before thinking about dismissing it, I say to think seriously, we still have a bridge to jump on and that is SS even though we know NS will be cannon in the end. But Kishi will play the red-herring move on the fandom once again. And do remind, as I said, that Sakura is a merciful person and she might be highly conflicted with everything.
Now, taking all this into consideration, all the factors, characters, personalities, development etc, how do you see this happening? What outcome, what influence on Sakura/NS interaction so on and so forth.

Honestly, it wouldn't make any difference for Sakura because love part is personal and Sasuke is already on the road to redemption. She doesn't add anything to it. If Sasuke tells the world why, then she's not exclusive. Even then, it's just helping her understand where is he coming from, but honestly, she won't be left in the dark thinking about it. Plus, Team Taka knows about it, so what make her special. Yes, I'm being serious.

If anything, it will only help Team 7 as a whole, rather than herself. People likes to think everything must be romance, but it can very well backfire. It's more of a team conclusion once they get everything altogether. What's ironic is if Naruto tells her, it will cause a conversation between them, only to leave Sakura concerning about Naruto not able to have Sasuke trust him to be the Hokage and fix everything what's right. By this point, Sasuke already established for people in Konoha is a normal thing, nothing sticking out unique. The only downside is care factor, but that doesn't ultimately result in love. The story for Sasuke is build around family and brotherhood. The story for Naruto is build around family and life (goals, love, etc).

Sakura actually fits more to Naruto because his story involves her in family/lover, thanks to his connections with others (Obito, Jiraiya, Minato, etc). Sakura only fits in family for Sasuke because his other half involves with brotherhood/best friend (Madara, Danzou, etc). Honestly, that story holds more to team 7 than herself and Naruto wants to fix it. In the end, it's going to backfire very hard. My last warning for SS.

P.S. who's my real and only enemy? I'll tell you who: no pairing choice!

I understand what you're saying here that she wouldn't be more special than the other rookies in the story, especially from Sasuke's part, however what keeps her a special spot, so to say, is the love she had for Sasuke so that's why I said it. We must look at this from Sakura's perspective and Kishi's so to speak, in regards to that and how he would use this as a red-herring. :)

Though I agree with what you said, as I said. But I say we mustn't take this too lightly, to be honest. SS is bigger threat, so to speak, than NH. Threat as in red-herring because we know NS will be the ending game.

Of course, she will feel very disturbed by the truth of Ucniha's history but it will also help her understand Sasuke better. And that understanding will mediate their inevitable confrontation. She'll be able to use better arguments and choose the right words.Thus Sakura won't play the role of an alien she used to be (separated from Naruto and Sasuke because of hidden knowledge) when the time of the Big Talk comes.

I don't think Naruto will give Sasuke the title in a pity way. He already said he's going to be Hokage to Sasuke in the same chapter, as in like, "Not if I have something to say about it." The best way to end is to have Sasuke trust Naruto as a Hokage, which is also acknowledging him.

Naruto has wanted Sasuke's acknowledgement since the series began. He'll probably try to convince Sasuke that he can be trusted to bring whatever change Sasuke wants to bring as hokage, if it's reasonable ofc. They'll probably still fight over it, something like 'whoever wins is better suited to protect Konoha/it's people'. When he wins and gets Sasuke's acknowledgement in the form of trust with the title then that'll pretty much be it aside from closing chapter or two detailing everyone's futures or w/e, Naruto and Sakura with a family etc.

While I do understand about not taking lightly, it's just that I'm beginning to think SS isn't all that serious, only to her point. If you don't have two people being in one moment, it's not all that serious. Sad to say SK is more relevant to what I just said. Here's the problem. Sasuke should have say sorry now, but now, they will be busy. Sasuke's focus to her was the same usual business. That's like "Well, um, he's back....what no kisses?" Reunion is usually meaningful and this one is more reunion to the team as a whole, rather than one by one.

I can see where SK are coming from. Think about it, why have Karin separated, only to come back? You may say, "Well Sasuke said he's sorry, and that was it." But really why is that even need it, let alone her being an Uzumaki. What's funny is that their relationship part got what this chapter down: comedy. Kishi is beginning to show no mercy on Sasuke x anyone with exception of Karin. Hell, there's more chemistry with them than these two. Honestly, Kishi is already writing SS off once and for all. It's only matter of when.

Now, what I just said can backfire? Probably, but to be honest, my ship will be sailing smoothly and when a SS moment happens, it will be only me feeling the gravity push of a ship. In other words, "eh".

That's pretty much the general opinion among the anti-NS crowd. Well it's either that, or that Minato meant "a friend who is a girl" and not "a lover." I don't speak Japanese, and I haven't seen the raw scans so I can't confirm or deny they claim, but that just seems desperate.  Much (not all, obviously) of the NH/SS fanbase likes to completely ignore Naruto's feelings for Sakura. I just get tired of reading arguments regarding how "Naruto stopped loving Sakura and is now has growing feelings for Hinata!"    

 

I think most people on these forums at least acknowledge the fact that Sakura still loves Sasuke. I don't like to lie to myself by saying that she's completely over Sasuke and totally loves Naruto already, but I think we're almost there, and it take just a little more development. Honestly, I feel that since we can accept that Sakura still has feelings for another character, it means our ship is in good condition. We still have enough to stand on to still be confident that Sakura will choose Naruto in the end.  :)

 

@NaruSaku4Life3g Yeah I think the "NH Arc" is over too. The past few chapters have really highlighted Sakura's understanding of Naruto and Naruto's feelings for Sakura. 615 is starting to look more and more like it was merely Hinata's shining moment instead of the confirmation of NH. Though I'm guessing the rest of the volume will most likely not have any more pairing stuff in it. I'm hoping for some NS, but ehh... I can wait.

Guess one of the simplistic things to argue going forward is this:

Minato made the sakura Kushina parallel, obviously more will come to build on this, it wouldn't be put in for some dumb reason others claim like it being a joke or somehow anti-ns.

All I will say is this, next chapter and beyond, long as there is ns interaction, the possiblity for this to continue goes on, I don't expect minato to suddenly just reaffirm the comparison or somehow compare himself to hinata as many think he will.

I mean stuff like the 457 event and even chapter 3 cannot go unaddressed. Heck what if kurama makes a remark next chapter like saying hey naruto give some of my chakra to your girlfriend. Heck the next chapter is going to be great. All I said earlier was how some Anti ns arguments and claims came to the point, haters were contradicting the arguments of other haters. I just can't believe it.

All that is proven regardless is sakura is like Kushina, it was put in for a reason and not like the insane ones mentioned before. It's connecting a story element Kushina herself said around 2 years ago with the find someone like your mother, well minato connected that, this is something for the readers to figure out, not the characters. Minato not telling this to sakura or naruto is part of that theme. Not everything is up to the characters, some themes are for the reader themselves to figure out. With stuff like 457 and the forehead compliment, those can just build on this.

I can hardly wait for the next chapter. So much more ns stuff to come, because as long as team 7 has a story, long as Sasuke is unresolved, ns will have more to come. Besides, the naruto vs Sasuke fight is as I said, the ace in the hole, long as more development comes, building on especially last chapter and this one with how well sakura read naruto and how naruto saw Sakura's determination and ability in her eyes, there is a lot to come. All I can say is, haters better be prepped, ns is far from done.

Unfortunately for me, I fell asleep to give you the idea that the post above is only made for comedy, not to bash a fandom. I have no intention to bash fandom whatsoever. Think as a dialogue skit that me and Striker do. It's like SD with much more over the top. Do I only think fandom think this way? Absolutely not. My point is to get a good laugh and if you don't find it funny, then it's ok. I already asked the mods about it, and it was ok, but please don't get the wrong intention, for I don't think this is fandom bashing. If you already understand, then thank you. Well he did once cherish her as one of his companions in his new "family" alongside Naruto and Kakashi. There was never even a minuscule hint of romantic effection for her but he was concerned for her wellbeing at one point. My god... I can remember how he was back then. Two of the most notable moments for him IMO were his willingness to sacrifice his own life to allow Sakura and Naruto the opportunity to flee and the conviction he displayed during his preliminary fight to prevent the Curse Seal's malevolent influences from consuming his mind and body. He actually seemed to be making considerable progress to act like a compassionate and honourable human being back then.

 

Sadly, all of that is gone now. Even with this newly reformed Sasuke appearing to fight for the sake of Konoha's preservation he is not the person that he once was.
