'So he's not the only powerful Jounin here...perhaps someday I'll be that strong...'

Hitori cleaned his wounds while taking in a deep breath, "I happen to know quite a handful of jutsu from Kumo...that's why I'm a B-rank missing nin according to their bingo books. It's a little frustrating that I'm a fugitive of Kumogakure...but I am thankful that your village has accepted me." he pointed to his hitai-ite on his forehead, "I don't know many people here...aside from a few of my peers...but I am a part of a team now...so...it's turning better..."

Hitori stretched his legs a bit before getting up, "Ryu-sensei, I'm afraid I must get going. My team meets tomorrow, and I really don't want to be late. An Ikari Aikani is my sensei...and I want to make a good impression by being rested and ready. It was a pleasure to meet you, and I do hope we can spar again sometime." Hitori gave a deep bow before picking up his backpack.

"Oh, and if you ever wish to talk to me, my apartment is right next to the ANBU headquarters...they have to keep me under 'a watchful eye' sometimes...since I was once a ninja of the Hidden Cloud. Again, thank you for your time...I do believe I learned a bit more about myself and Konoha today."

With that said, Hitori began his trek home, planning to maybe stop at the place called Ichiraku's and grab a bowl of beef ramen for the road. He had a strange liking for the place, and he had heard from a few that it was quite a quaint little stand for a quick and tasty meal...

Miyako walked around the city her daughter hoisted on her hip looking for food. "Hmmm Ando-chan do you want dando or ramen." Ando broke into a large grin and shouted loud enough to attract stares "Ramen!" Sighing Miyako kept walking to the ramen stand, smiling when her daughter looked up at her.

"What did you do today Ando-chan," she asked hating the silence except for the normal hum of the market place. Ando smiled up at her again and said in a soft little kid voice that she loved to hear. "I played with Hitomi-chan and we went to the park and...." Miyako smiled at the mindless chatter of a two year old. She loved her daughter and would do anything for her. That's why when she bumped into someone she landed on her other hip. "Excuse me," she said with a bit of coldnes to her voice.

Hitori had been planning to have a nice meal of steaming ramen with some curry when he had bumped into a woman that he hadn't seen. He had been thinking of the spar he had ealier today so his mind wasn't on the path, "No, it's my fault. My mind was elsewhere..." he offered her a hand to help her up, a small smile on his face, "It's inexcusible for a shinobi to not be paying attention to his surroundings."

Hitori sensed the coldness in the woman's voice. He hoped she wasn't too upset.

"My name's Hitori Senpuukai, I'm a Genin. If I can make it up to you, I was planning on having a bowl of ramen at Ichiraku's...I'd be willing to pay for a meal if you'd like..." Hitori noticed the woman raise an eyebrow, "Oh, no no, it's nothing like that...it's just...well, where I come from, I've been taught to repay any inconvenience or debt to another in any possible way...seeing as it's around meal time, I figured maybe I could pay for some food."

He noticed the younger girl standing warily next to the woman...and the woman herself seemed to be only a little younger than Hitori was. He gave the little girl a polite smile, "Um...again...I'm sorry...so if you'd like I'd be willing to repay for your troubles..."

Having been done with his food, Aikani stood up, thank Ichiraku and left the stand. That was when he came upon the site of one of his students and a woman. She was no Anko, but then again not many woman dressed as scantily as Anko did. "Yo, Hitori, what's up." He went around and put Hitori into a choke hold. "You hitting on woman who fallen and can't get up? Hahaha!" That's when he noticed the smaller child by the woman's side.

Seeing the small girl offset Aikani and he let go of his student. "Sorry about that. I'm Ikari Aikani, and this is one of my students. What's going on Hitori?" It wasn't that Aikani thought Hitori was doing something wrong. Far from it. He knew his genin/team leader was a person he could trust. But with the scene he just couldn't resist feeling something for the small girl and the woman who looked even younger then himself.

Hitori sweatdropped a bit, "Very funny, Sensei..." Hitori sighed, "Ikari-sensei, this woman was walking with this younger girl here, and I accidentally bumped into her. I...I wasn't paying attention...which is exactly what shinobi shouldn't do...I knocked her down as a result, and I was offering to make it up by paying for a meal at Ichiraku's...besides...this Anko woman you keep talking about is someone I'm interested in meeting. She's very beautiful, and she said I was very 'innocent' looking...whatever that means..."

Hitori seriously had no experience in woman, so he didn't know what he was getting himself into, "Well, anyway, I was hoping to give this woman and young lady," he smiled at the little girl again, "a bowl of ramen. I feel obligated to repay for their inconvenience..."

Hitori looked around a bit before whispering to Aikani, "By the way...do you think you could tell me a bit more about this Anko woman later?"

Ando being little miss social looke up at them both,"Ramen?" She looked so adorable it was for anyone, even a stranger to resist. Miyako sighed and picked up her daughter. "Sorry I don't like putting my child in danger. I'm Miyako and this is Ando. Say hi to Ikari-san and Hitori-san, Ando." Ando waved at them shylywith one hand and sucked on the other hands thumb.

"We would love to go but I insist on paying for it myself." She smiled after that to show no hard feelingsand started walking. "How old are you guys,"Miyako asked cheerfully "I'm 18 and Ando's 2." She really didn't care what they thought, but hey might as well be honest right?

Hitori smiled, and gave Miyako a laugh, "Well...I'm 19...and Ikari-sensei is 20. I'm actually a former shinobi from the Hidden Cloud...but things happened...and I became a refugee of a clan clensing."

Hitori said nothing about Ando being the woman's daughter. He wasn't surprised at all, kunoichi having children at a younger age than civilians wasn't an uncommon occurance in Kumo either. He bent down as he looked at Ando, and spoke in a more light-hearted tone, "Well, 2 years old, huh? So, do you like ramen Ando-chan?" He gave the little girl a cheesy grin, earning an impish smile as she hid behind her mother, "She's quite adorable. I was the youngest in my family, so I never had any younger siblings...now I have no siblings though..." he was quiet for a moment, but brushed it off, "Well, shall we go?"

Hitori gave Aikani a nod, "Ikari-sensei, I take it we'll meet again soon? I would offer you a meal, if you're still hungry, otherwise I guess I'll see you again."

Hitori began to make his way towards Ichiraku's while turning to see if the others would follow.

Miyako walked after him. She crept up behinde him and put Ando on his back. "Domo consider her your little sister. She needs a male role model." She smiled and almost skipped she was so happy.

Hitori stiffened a bit...he still wasn't used to human contact, but smiled as he heard Ando say Ramen, "Okay, okay, we'll get some ramen." He turned to his sensei and shrugged, and headed towards Ichiraku's with a smile.

As Hitori walked into the stand, he met the face of Ayame, the daughter of the cook, and she smiled as she saw Hitori with Ando on his shoulder along Miyako, "Hi, Ayame-chan. You think you could get me a bowl of the usual with extra curry. I want enough to clear the sinuses today."

Hitori sat down as he put Ando by her mother, and smiled as she gave a pout, "Sorry Ando-chan. I need my hands to eat now, but maybe after we're done I'll carry you around again, okay?" she nodded, and began to swing her feet back and forth as she sat on the stool that was taller than herself.

"So, I don't believe I got your name yet...are you a shinobi of this village?" he asked as he cracked his knuckles and rubbed his shoulders which were still sore from the spar earlier today with Ryu.

Miyako smiled at this. "I'm Miyako, and yes I am actually. I'm a chunin...sorta...my team-," She couldn't finish the story like she never could. "My teamates were lost. Including Ando's father," she said quietlyso Ando wouldn't here. "Ayame-chan can I have a order of chicken ramen and a order of beef please?"

Hitori nodded, giving the woman an understanding smile, "I lost my entire family in a purging in Kumo. We were feared because of our clan's abilities...my clan entrusted it's entire future on me...I hold all the valuable treasure and secret scrolls with me...Konoha was kind enough not to go through them..."

Hitori looked at the table, "I'm sorry to hear about her father," he said in a quiet voice, but then looked to see the girl playing with a napkin. He smiled, and decided to show her a trick, "Ando-chan, do you want to see a trick?" the little girl smiled. He lifted two fingers, and a napkin flew into his hands. He knew that even Miyako could sense the wind chakra he was using, but didn't care. This was for the little girl. Her eyes seemed to open in amazement as the napkin flew into his hands.

"Watch this now. This is a special ninja trick." he held the napkin with one hand, and channeled some wind chakra into his hands. He closed his eyes, and several rips were heard as the napkin fell into tatters on the table. He smiled as Ando seemed to be entranced by it. He quickly flicked another finger, and all the napkin pieces flew into the air, and showered down on Ando like confetti. He was pleased to see her giggle as the pieces fell into her hands and hair.

"Don't worry, I'll clean that up later, Ayame-chan." he said as he noticed the waitress watching. He turned back to Miyako, "Do you think she'll want to become a ninja someday?" he asked Miyako as Ando smiled at the continuing shower of confetti.

"I'm bored." Nao complained to himself.

"Go sleep somewhere." Ryuu replied to him. Irritation rising.

"I said I'm bored, not tired." He glared at her.

"Whats the difference?" She retorted. When he opened his mouth to reply she cut him off. "What ever it is your feeling right now, you have only yourself to blame. You could have been watching that fight till the end right about now." She hissed at him.

"You know I couldn't just..." He began speaking his irritation rising too,

"Shut it, I'm hungry. Turn right." She hissed at him, the tip of her tail pointing to the right out of his shirt.

He stopped, sighed, shook his head and looked to his right. "Well at least you got some taste." He mumbled, walking into the stall named Ichiraku.

He entered and let the scents overwhelm him for a second. Sighing deeply, his lips twitched to a smile. He sat down next to a young lady.

"Ayame-san! Extra spicy Shrimp please!" He burst out enthusiastically.

A slithering sigh came out of his shirt. "You really need to curb it down a little and order me something too." Ryuu hissed. "Also pay attention to your surroundings, idiot!"

Nao looked around surprised before spotting Hitori sitting 3 seats to the side, on the other side of the lady. He seemed to be in a conversation with her. He grinned. "Oi! Hitori! Fancy meeting you here after such a long time." he grinned at his teammate...

Miyako sat in thought for a moment. "I hope so because even though being a ninja is dangerous it teaches us life lesson that are useful." She grabbed a napkin and started to fiddle with the edges of it a bit. More like slowly ripping it untill it was nothing more than a pile. "Oh sorry bed habbit," Miyako said quietly.

Hitori gave a nod of agreement as he looked at Miyako, then to Ando, who was currently holding a shred of the napkin in her hands with mild curiosity, "Well, as you said, it's dangerous to be a shinobi. It also teaches us valuable lessons as well though, and I believe that the things I learned as a ninja can't be learned by any other means."

Hitori smiled as his bowl arrived, and he gave a happy "Itadakimasu" as he broke his chopsticks. He was about to dig in when he saw a familiar face, "Ah, Nao how are you doing?" Hitori noticed a small shape uncoil a little around Nao's neck, and he smiled, "Ryuu, nice to see you too."

Hitori noticed Ando staring at the little black snake warily, "Don't worry, Ando-chan. Ryuu's a very nice snake, isn't she Nao?" Hitori gave Nao a look saying to agree. He turned to Miyako, "Ah, Miyako, this is my teammate Morimoto Nao and his partner and companion Ryuu." Hitori turned to Nao and Ryuu, "Nao, Ryuu, these two are Miyako and her daughter Ando. I just met them a little while ago."

Nao Leaned back a little Chucking nervously under Hitori's tone, before answering. "O-of course she is!"

"I wont be that nice for long if i don't get my food soon though." Ryuu hissed, poking her head out of Nao's Shirt. She turned over at Miyako, who was sitting next to Nao. "Pleased to meet you, the names Ryuu and this fool here is Nao."

"Oi! your dependent on me for food remember?" Nao told her indignantly, before remembering where he was. "Sorry about that, she is too out spoken for her own good sometimes." he apologized to Miyako. "Pleased to meet you and your daughter." He smiled at Miyako.

"So say Hitori, are you sure you 'just met her recently'?" Ryuu addressed Hitori, her tone amused. "Or could it be that your on a Secret date with this pretty lady?" judging by her tone she would be smiling wickedly at Hitori, had her physiology allowed it...

Hitori was still not used to the talking snake, but he was getting used to her snappy remarks, "Ryu...if you must know...this young woman and her daugther were walking down the road, and I was careless as it was and bumped into her while thinking about I spar I had today...so I offered as an apology to take her out to Ichiraku's, since Ando-chan here seems to be a fan of it anyway." Hitori gave the snake an annoyed look, but couldn't fight down a blush. Him getting a date with someone? It was a joke in itself.

Hitori had to remind himself that he was a man of peace, and didn't threaten works of nature; psychological tormenting snakes included. Besides, he was pretty sure that would seriously upset Nao, and be on the grounds of killing a ninja-companion such as ninja hound. He restrained himself from reaching for the long blad; Sorrow, that was in its scabbard around his waist. Oh, Ryu was adorable...when she wasn't trying to make life hard for you.

Hitori suddenly became very interested in the swirling noodles of his ramen, and began to take bites while hoping that Ryu was in a merciful mood with her tormenting...and that maybe Nao would try to back him up.

Ryuu hissed a few times, eyes fixed on Hitori as if judging him. "Your no fun Hitori." She hissed at him amusedly. "As innocent as your..." She didn't get to finish the remark. Nao had stuffed one of the big shrimps, from the bowl set in front of him, straight into her mouth.

"Shut it for a second and lets eat." Nao scolded her. He propped the chopsticks into his ramen, making sure that only the broth spilled into his mouth when he raised it to his mouth. It took Ryuu a few moments to send the whole shrimp to its last journey. Before she had done so Nao set the bowl in front of her, its contents untouched except the broth. "Another one please." He smiled brightly.

Ryuu eyed him darkly, a calculating look in her eyes. She seemed to reach a conclusion as she hissed slowly and turned to Miyaki. "Miyaki right?" She hissed silkily. "Say Miyaki-san, you wouldn't happen to be single, would you?" She wrapped around the bowl in front of her. "I was thinking Nao here is single too..." She motioned with her tail, much like a human would towards Nao, before indulging herself at the contents of the bowl...

Mitako giggled nervously before answering. "Hai I'm single but I don't really date anyone," she said the whoe time swinging her arms in front of her. When she ended she ended with knocking her bowl to the ground and jumping up. "Sorry Aayame-chan here I'll clean it up," Miyako said using it as a excuse to get up and get away for a minute. "Ando stay here with Hitomi-san," she said sternly as she went to the back.

Zoro was walking along tell he got hungry. Then he came across the ramen stain that Mitako, Ando, and Hitori were at. He went in and sat down on the far right. Zoro always Choate a lot of eyes for the way he dressed. His colts begging so baggy “Chinked Ramen pleas” he said. ‘Can’t live with my chinked’ He thought to himself. He saw the broken blow and picked up the pieces. 'Kides could get hurt from this' he thought again. He put the pieces in a can near him. when his blow got to him he started to play with it a little. Using the chopstick to move the water up down around keeping himself interaned and then he saw Ando. He used the water in his cup and made it flowt around Ando playing with her.

Hitori watched a boy nearby eating ramen use some kind of water manipulation techinque to make some water from his cup float around Ando. Hitori was a bit wary...probably because he didn't know the Genin, but decided to introduce himself, "Hi there. I'm Hitori Senpuukai, and," Hitori put a hand on Ando's head as he fluffed her hair a little, "this little angel is Ando-chan. Her mother Miyako is here too, I'm just watching her right now."

Hitori turned to the hissing of Ryuu that sounded vaguely like laughter, "What? Ando-chan is a little angel." he said as though it were a fact instead of an opinion, "Don't read into it Ryuu..." his eyes narrowed with an annoyed look, "and quit the whole matchmaker thing...it will be nothing more than a waste of your energy...Miyako isn't dating, and she has Ando to worry about..." he paused, as though trying to think of an excuse, "...a-and...I don't need to worry about dating right now; I'm a Genin, and besides, most kunoichi in Konoha wouldn't want to date a former Kumo nin...even if I'm a refugee of sorts. On the other hand, Nao, I can't speak for you since I didn't hear anything from you on the matter..."

Looking to Nao, he gave the boy a look saying, 'I think I know what you put up with everyday...' before turning back to the boy, "Um...while I don't mind you entertaining Ando-chan, I must ask that you be careful...I don't know how Miyako would react if Ando was drenched in water when she got back here..."
