Yeah, and well we know that he still likes Sakura. He probably won't pursue her anytime soon because bringing Sasuke back is his top priority. Much in the same way he feels he can't be hokage if he can't save his best friend, is the reasoning he used with Sai concerning Sakura. He most likely still believes Sakura likes Sasuke (even though we just saw her go out to kill him), and probably thinks once he brings Sasuke back she will want to be with Sasuke. I mean this is Naruto we are talking about, and hes a little dense, thats just him.

Yeah I agree I mean look at 469 and 474. Naruto kept getting flashbacks of part 1 Sakura when she was a Sasuke fan girl. He never got a flashback where she was the mature sixteen year old Sakura who has obviously developed strong feelings for him. The poor guy is dense and he still sees Sakura as the girl who still likes Sasuke when we all know that is not true, perhaps he's stubborn to admit that Sakura may have move on from Sasuke and fallen for him.

He never got a flashback where she was the mature sixteen year old Sakura who has obviously developed strong feelings for him. This chapter had a lot going on! My goodness. But I thought it was pretty good. I thought there was a good progression with each member of team 7.
Sasuke getting more villainous, Naruto seemed calm and stuff like some others have already mentioned and I was pretty ok with what Sakura said. I was a little like "stop beating yourself up" but hey that's a normal human thing to do so yay for humaness. And I don't think that she is taking the sidelines with what she said about believing in them. Or if she did mean that now I think it will change. I'm hoping her doubt in herself will turn into determination to be better.

The whole poison interaction thing was funny! Yes, I did sort of want something more serious and I thought that was going to happen when she was talking to herself as she approached Naruto. Then it didn't, but I laughed so I'm happy.

I don't think he sees her as Sasuke's fangirl, but thinks she is genuinely in love with him, especially looking at his reaction in part 1 the hospital scene.

I don't know, I think Sai did kind of get through to Naruto. When Sai talks about how Sakura has moved on from Sasuke and fallen in love with Naruto and that her only thoughts were of Naruto, Naruto did see Sakura in his mind as she is. And the image of Team 7 in his head did shatter right before he passed out.

The way he talked about Sakura to Sasuke I think reflects some new understanding of her changed feelings. And the way he complained about still feeling horrible, after getting the antidote shows a new level of openness with her, that denotes a closer and even more realistic relationship.

I think Naruto does still believe that Sakura will only ever love Sasuke. However, I don't see it as him being dense. I see it as a continuation of the confidence problems he's had ever since Part II began. He just doesn't believe in himself the way he did when he was 12. When he finally gets over that, things will fall into place.

I kind of understand what you're trying to say, I think Sai was being sarcastic to Naruto back at 474. He knew telling Naruto" wake up man Sakura has move on from Sasuke and she loves you NOT him!" was going to be useless knowing how stubborn Naruto is he would never believe Sai. Unless he follow Naruto's lead in thinking that Sakura still loves Sasuke, the whole it's because she loves him that she can't stand seeing him in the darkness speech. I hope it has somehow work on Naruto.

Sai is one of them people in the Manga that really does his part in Foreshadowing really well he makes it incredibly obvious NS will be the pairing. Sort of like Konohamaru makes it obvious Naruto will be Hokage.

So now we have a deception and stealth. The fact that Kisame didn't fight at full power against 8-Tails and was still able to give him a tough time, just shows how terrifying Akatsuki can be even with a hand full of members. Also Sasuke is making an early withdrawal on his deposit in the Madara National Sharingan bank. And the transplant will definitely take, it just works like that. also, it's funny that despite super awesome ninja reflexes nobody seems to be able to catch someone when they fall (Hinata fainting in the hospital in the anime, and now this, I don't recall any other times atm but there probably were)
