Essentially where you plan on going with this character. Basically, what I'm curious about is, wel, to be honest, its kind of hard to sum it all up in a few words, but I would like to clear some things up.

For now, I'll just list a few of the key parts:

1.) Age: Pick one, its not a 'he/she looks this age', but the actual age of the character;
2.) Affiliation: Last I checked, the Leaf and the Akatsuki weren't on good terms, in fact, as I recall, the Akatsuki are the bad guys. As such, do expand on the nature of each;
3.) Personality: Its somewhat barebones, but I'm not one who makes a fuss over such;
4.) History: Not labeled;
5.) Tactics: Very barebones. Now, this is something I would like it if you expanded on;
6.) Rank: If she's a Leaf Shinobi, I need to know where to place her;
7.) Weight: You forgot to include the units. She's 118 what?;
8.) Height: Same thing as weight, no units.

Ok soI think i fixed all the things you requested, I was hesitant about giving her an exact rank because she doesn't really have one, she doesn't belong to a village and i'm not sure if she's really S-class, it also was hard to give her a history because I hadn't intended to focus on anything she's been through in the past, but i did the best i could to give all the information that you asked for, she's not a Leaf nin so i'm pretty sure she can be affiliated with Akatsuki (she became an aquaintance with them during her travels) I guess what i'm trying to say is she's neutral between any conflicts that the Leaf have with anybody, it that makes any sense.

@psycho666: No S-class shinobi outside the manga's canon ones, I'm afraid. IIRC, the S-class were the Sanin.

Still, to be honest, I'm thinking that any shinobi from outside the village would be vetted before being aloud to stay and live in the village.

Lol, no trouble at all. I enjoy character development, probably why I volunteered for the job originally that developed to me essentially being where I am now.

For the record, we use the manga canon as our 'bible' in this sim.

Incorrect. They are counted as NPCs that can't be claimed by any RPer. I cite the Lady Hokage, for example, who has shown up a few times in the history of this RPG.

Nice to see something besides the usual Genin or Jounin.

Only missing the headband listed as a posession (sorry, its a pet peeve of mine). Other than that, I can't really see anything wrong with it.

Hair: Kyousei's hair has been shaved off ever since an accident as a child that left horrible scarring on his scalp. However, if he were ever to grow it out, his hair would be black.

Rank: Chuunin

Clothing: He wears a grey, longsleeved shirt, the standard chuunin vest and standard blue ninja pants and sandals. His head is completely wrapped in bandages and his Konoha forehead protector rests on his forehead.

Specialty: Kyousei isn't a chakra powerhouse, but what he lacks in chakra, he makes up for it with his dominance in Taijutsu. His chakra control is somewhat formidable.

Weakness: Kyousei doesn't posses the chakra levels to perform more than the most basic of ninjutsu. His old jounin-sensei thought he was another Rock Lee and took him to the hospital to be tested only to find that Kyousei could use chakra. However, he suffers from a chakra imbalance; his spiritual energy is almost nonexistent. (Canon Note: chakra is the mixture of spiritual and physical energy...so I'm not exactly pulling this out of my ass).

Personality: A bit on the slow side but not too slow. He is a bit of a bully, and he doesn't known the meaning of the word tact. He is very machismo but really, girls make him feel vulnerable, especially when they cry. Inside, he's a big softy despite his appearance and attitude.

Clan: He's an orphan so he doesn't know.

Bloodline: no

History: Kyousei hasn't had it easy. To be fair, he hasn't exactly helped his situation much. His penchant for trouble has made more than one of the orphanage officials attempt corporeal punishment. To make things worse, he has spent an unusual amount of time in the academy. Not because of lack of intelligence or skill, but lack of commitment: he has one of the worst records of attendance in the history of the academy.

On his fifteenth birthday, the orphanage informed Kyousei that he had one year to get his affairs in order because the day he turns sixteen is the day his status as ward of the state is revoked (i.e. he gets kicked out). There you have it: incentive to graduate! He ended up passing the exam and he was put on a team with two other classmates.

They didn't exactly hit it off and they proceeded to fail the teamwork exam. Determined to be genin, for various selfish reasons, they attempted to bypass their jounin sensei by sneaking in the Hokage tower and falsifying their papers. They were caught, but their collective deviousness ended up being rewarded and they were made genin on a probational basis.

It took three years for Kyousei's team to make full-fledged genin. Their training involved long-term information gathering in foreign countries. However, once he made genin, Kyousei took the next chuunin exam and easily passed, not because he was an excellent fighter or strategist (he actually got defeated in the third round pretty quickly) but because he had already become a mainstay in Konoha's spy network so The Powers That Be couldn't justify the extra work without the extra pay and rank to match.

Right now, he is currently taking classes at the hospital, learning how to apply the little chakra he has into the medical field.
