You could download a 30-day trial version, although if you aren't familiar with it, it'll probably take the whole 30 days to figure out how to use it.

I can't install it and I already know how to use it. I figured that out in high school. I'll just have to edit and fix stuff in microsoft paint.

You could always try out either groupboards or Oekaki, Nikko.
I've found groupboards to be of higher quality than MS Paint. Just printscreen, copy and paste into MS Paint afterwards.
Oekaki though, works like a minature Photoshop. Errr... I haven't used it much so I can't expand. ^^;

Yahh, all this talk bout coloring!
I have a teeny question (though I think the answer's no): Can we get someone to volunteer to color the drawn thing? I've got no photoshop (don't know how to use it), no microsoft paint, and my free hand sux! If I attempted to free-hand color it, it was blur and I'd throw it away in a blind-rage. So....can we? >.>;
