What did Yamato do to deserve this treatment? :hm:

Oh right, he was NS shipper and understood Sakura's true feelings, for committing these "crimes" he had to be forgotten by everyone and then vanish completely. :zaru:

To think Kakashi would ship SS after witnessing first hand Sasuke attempting to end Sakura's life twice during his own attempts to kill Sasuke for his plunge into "Absolute" darkness

Naruto couldn't handle Tenten. She was  the only woman at the rookie meeting who was pissed off that they all weren't al going after Sasuke to kill him. She actually thinks like a real ninja.

And it'd be hot as all Hell.

Worst retcon by far now (if the latest spoilers of yesterday are true) is Naruto's legit reason for loving Sakura way back when the manga began in Ch. 3

Abandoned storyline: What happens to all the bijuu now that they're just out floating in the world, allowed to roam free. Sure they like Naruto, but what about everyone else? Wasn't the problem before that they were able to be caught and controlled by humans, and thus were a great threat to the world? Couldn't that happen again?

I think we forgot one of the biggest. Naruto henge'd as Sasuke and complimenting Sakura's forehead. That was such a major point for so many different reasons. I am not even remotely sure how they forgot to address this one.

Everything. Everything the manga has set up has been abandoned. The only thing that was touched upon was Sasuke's redemption.

Yeah i dont get how bringing Sasuke back solved all the conflicts of the world.

The ninja system which obviously wasnt meant for peace because it needed conflicts to fuel the villages with missions and bring income.

Yes, If they could roam free why the hell they were given to the villages in the first place?

Man, there's really a lot of them. That's why the end didn't do any justice.

Exactly. They're now like free-range nuclear weapons. You can just go out with your butterfly net and catch one. Tell me the that at least one person of the next generation from the different villages isn't going to want to get their hands on a bijuu if it's free for the taking!

Maybe Bolt will become the next Obito, due to Naruto being such a kitten parent, and try to do another IT lol.

Sad, but true. As pathetic as that is now. The excuse for it that almost gave me a melt down is even worse though. Terrible woman... what an kitten Kishimoto is.

To read this now and think back on everything that Sakura was becoming, what she could have been... The happiness and naturality of her relationship with Naruto was the best dynamic of the series, in my opinion.

Three weeks after the devastation you would think that the emotional pain would have subsided at least somewhat. But the grief... It's still there and it hurts very much.

Yeah, it isn't getting better. It still feels like a betrayal.

I think the movie has most of us in a holding pattern. Even the ones who don't want to admit any hope. It's like it still isn't completely over yet. There is still one more bomb to be dropped, for good or bad.

.

Amazing. So both NaruSaku not happening and SasuSaku happening are both the product of blatant retcons? It figures. I always knew there was something strange about Sakura continuing to crush over Sasuke despite that the writing hadn't reflected this since part one. Now I see why. Kishi took the real Naruto and Sakura out back and put 'em down.

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade but if you are a NaruSaku fan, I think all of you may want to avoid the movie. It is clear now what Kishimoto intended all along. Be it very bad writing or just plain old 'being a d***', he never intended to go NaruSaku, despite their development. That movie will just try to provide credibility to the 180 every character pulls in the last two chapters. I think it could even be criminal if he drops NS now out of nowhere, after giving an epilogue, and stating his intentions in the interview.

So save your hearts from further misery guys. Don't watch or anticipate the movie. Or do if you want to but don't expect any NS there. It would only make the pain worse.

My advice, pull a Harmony and just go EWE. Clearly the series has run out of any sort of writing resource it had, however low. So just cut your losses, use the abysmal writing and the completely OOC characters as a valid excuse to ignore the ending as hogwash and keep NS alive in your hearts.

I truly am sorry and I won't begrudge you your hopes but I really don't want to see NS fans get hurt further. They will not be making NS canon. And I am now more or less okay with just that because if, God forbid, they suddenly started using their heads and whatever creativity/ingenuity their primitive brains contain, and make NH and SS even remotely realistic, then I KNOW that would hurt me forever :P

So really guys, epilogue, what epilogue? :D

Another abandoned subplot I just thought about; what happened to Sai's brother Shin besides the fact it was said Shin died of an illness, considering Yamato assumed Sai had to be forced to kill Shin as part of his Foundation training.

Hmm, man, some are hard to think of.
