Indra's hands are drawn in a weird way....usually Kishi does a better job than that but hey, there is always a first time.
I don't think that's Indra. That looks like one of the deities of Hinduism.

Sorry I thought that was the name of such deities, I'm getting confused with all this new stuff, I should research better :)
