It's also worth mentioning that Sasuke has a new snake and Sakura (I assume) has a new slug. I don't think we've seen either Sasuke or Sakura's summon before but Naruto's is definitely Gamakichi. I'm quite interested to see what kind of people these new beasts are. I also wonder how Gamakichi became titan sized so quickly, also his new weapon is certainly interesting.

Indeed it does. One thing to note is that Naruto is going to rub in unintentionally because BM mode is what going to make Sasuke upset. It's the key to victory for Juubi so no doubt, it's the climax of this battle.

It isn't that we are adverse to her receiving some acknowledgement in battle. The flaw with Hinata lies in her mentality. All she appears to do is fixate on Naruto without holding much regard for the other people in her life. What about offering her cousin gratitude as well for his sacrifice? Or her teammates for having always stood by her side? Does she not have any ambitions of her own like reconciling with her father and attempting to prove that she is capable of acting as the heiress of her clan? The one-dimensionality of her character is what many people become agitated by.

Agreed. Chapter starts off with both of them eyeing one another down an their jutsu. Basically catching up. XD 

 

I had a feeling Sakura would be able to summon! Slug Sage Mode should be accessible soon! I don't think she had the chakra for training.  But now she does!

I hope she still plays the offensive as well while her snail does the healing! She's proving to be avery  capable ninja!!

Um...sorry? It's a set up chapter. Not much you can say about those kinds of chapter/episodes. Doubt I'll read it again myself. What everyone was anticipating was the summons battle, but ya know....nothing really happened with that this chapter. Didnt we already see the other teams kick butt when Naruto gave the chakra?

 

Give me my team seven smack down, I aint here for this other crap. I stayed up until two for this? No. I wan't to see some interesting stuff mannnn. I dont care about the other teams right noawwwahh

Of course, I just had to check up on here one more time before going to bed, and that just had to be when the spoilers were released, and the spoiler just had to be confirmation of the Neo Sannin, with Sakura summoning a giant slug. There was no way I could sleep after that.  

 

Now that the high of #633 is wearing off, I'm starting to feel the sleeps.

Now that everyone else has had a bit of prominence, let's bring it on back to Team 7. With Sai hopefully because that last attack wasn't working. He'll likely do better on his team though. ^_^

The best thing about this chapter is the teamwork shown by rookies. I especially like Shika-Ino-Chou and of course Team 7.

They think on the same wavelength. Love it when Sakura, Naruto and Sasuke immediately do the summoning given the situation described by Sai. That, my friend, is a true teamwork.

I'm not worried at all about Hinata. NH/SS can have their panels, but I'm very confident each of those will be closed by NS. Hinata can say/think whatever she wants, but she need to know who Naruto loves.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but have we ever had panels where Hinata is thinking about Naruto loving Sakura? (450 hug doesn't count)

There's no need to comment about this we knew that, when Sasuke started getting jealous when he went to the village to talk with the ones who know everything, he's felt threatened at Naruto's power, and still was the same thing on this chapter for me only reinforces something that we all know that they will fight each other.

But really, I do like the fact it didn't resort to romance, rather just a team being, well, a team. I must say, it's going to be a bit sad when the separate ways happen, but it is inevitable, according to the plot. Oh well, one last ride!

l didn't like Hinata part just because she's still centered on Naruto. She needs some other kind of motivation: family, her team, Neji? I don't think it was romantic at all... just her wanting to be like Naruto (again!). Also, wtf with the "I've always been by your side"?

I'm at least motivated that it happened like my prediction, no pairing hints for NS neither SS i think kishi choose the correct route to keep up the pairing drama without damaging Sakura's character.

Especially that this is not BM Naruto, so no doubt he will get something out of this. Heck, maybe this could be the way to convinced him to get Juubi because it would seem that getting a Bijuu and control it can make you powerful. It's possible that Sasuke could start seeing that. Well, just enjoy the Team 7 and nostalgic factor while it lasts.

I thought Kiba and Shino would get a moment since they hadn't but I'm in the same boat as you. All I wants is Team 7, but look at the bright side though. Teah 7 is change the tide of this battle thanks to their superior skills. They're the only ones who can summon. Sakura is showing us her true powers, and actually doing an amazing job! Doesn't get any better than that. XD
