Wow! I never thought about that chakra control theory! Maybe this Hashirama/Sakuratheory isn't that far off. I'm still not claiming it as very likely to play it safe, but maybe it's not impossible. If even Sawyer7mage wonders about this, then, well ... we should consider it. xD

I think if this is where Madara loses Izuna, it will resolve him to join Hashirama's plan for their settlement.

Izuna died after Madara took his eyes for the EMS. And they were adults when that happened. And we've seen Hashi and Madara fighting in adulthood before the formation of Konoha.

I now recall that Kishimoto said once in an interview that Sakura was a normal girl with no special background. So that pretty much clears the possibility of her being a secret Senju. Besides, Karin already has the potential of fulfilling that role you described given that she's an Uzumaki, who are related to the Senju. And it would be hilarious to see that Sasuke is bound to the Uzumaki for all eternity.

Seriously, as a kid he becomes rival and brother to an Uzumaki. Then he leaves his home but to where he goes there's another Uzumaki that's in love with him. Later he teams up with that Uzumaki girl while he's being chased by the Uzumaki boy in order to bring him home. You know how the rest goes. Sasuke is just too tight with the Uzumaki, whether he likes it or not.

Sakura can have an association to Hashirama by the healing technique he uses, but that still feels like a stretch for now. We'll have to wait and see.

Madara's brother definitely isn't going to die here. I believe we saw a 'flashback' of him being much older (adult at least) when he gave up his eyes.

I was thinking that Madara indirectly caused Hashirama's death, much like Obito "killed" Minato and Kushina. But I don't think he could've killed him by himself. He's not much in his weakened state. Maybe he was half-dead after the battle, but he used Hashi's cells to recover. If I remember right..I think there was even a room full of Hashi's cells. How..

That's why I said he would use the element of surprise to kill Hashirama. If everyone believed Madara was dead then no one would expect him.

He said that he took that cells on his battle with Hashirama i doubt that Madara was the reason for Hashirama's death otherwise he would be revengful towards Madara.

And as for Madara gaining Hashirama's cells, I believe he said he got them during his fight with Hashirama, although from what we've seen of the fight it was mainly a long range battle, of course we also know that Madara had a summoning contract with Kurama and when the flashback started they were in the middle of the fight, so the fight could've started with close range combat, which would have given Madara plenty of opportunities to cut a piece of flesh off Hashirama.

Then what I said still stands, except later when does Izuna die. They did form Konoha together when they created a truce between their clans.

I don't remember it being said anywhere that Tobirama became Hokage at an early age, in fact we've been given evidence that points to Hashirama being Hokage for about 30 years. after all we know Hashirama was still alive when Tsunade was a little girl because he said himself that he used to spoil her, Tsunade is currently 54 years old, so Hashirama was still Hokage approximately 50 years ago (Tsuande would've had to have been at least three years old before he could teach her how to gamble) and we know from Itachi that the village is between 90-80 years old, so unless Hashirama retired Tobirama couldn't have become Hokage at a young age.

Perhaps both fathers will die here as Uchiha and Senju decided to start anew and begin to bring peace. Tobirama will be the one who's not sure about it as Hashirama feels it's best. We most likely time skip ahead to get to the part where they elect the Hokage. If Madara's story is true, supposedly Madara was given eyes by his brother to overcome Hashirama in the candidate. When he loses that and lost trust of Uchiha, he will feel that Izuna's sacrifice was in vain and pretty much died by Hashirama. Well not really, but you can get the idea of Madara's love. It was hinted in this chapter that he will protect him and he looks dead serious about it. That's my assumption.

That remains to be seen. Orochimaru is the one that summoned all of them. That said what reason is not yet to be determined.
