raw is out... It's 白豪 so kanji are right but it's spelled as Hyakugou but Byakugou. So the name is identical to Tsunade's technique but their meanings are differen since they haven't the same first kanji and, moreover, that from Sakura is a seal.

it's on mangahere. Furigana says that its spelling is Byakugou but don't confuse with tsunade's technique.

I suppose that if Sakura had said "CHASER!" instead of "SHANNARO" we wouldn't have been able to tell the difference.

 

Mikoto is probably my favorite tsundere to this day. And there's the plus that she only has love for Touma, so she doesn't have to be confused about it.

I've only read "Railgun" and not the "Index" so I don't know much about the romantic aspect of that story. I only cared about Mikoto kicking butt  Does Touma like her as well?

Touma is the typical oblivious to love hero. But I'm sure that if Touma is meant to end with someone it will be Mikoto. Just look at her quote in my sig. She's taking her role as a potential girlfriend very seriously. The "sign of a good woman" indeed.

Shizune: Reserving a constant amount of chakra continuously for three years....The ultimate precise chakra control...Even I couldn't master the Byakugo seal!! 

 

How I read it is that for three years she had to keep feeding the same amount of chakra to her Byakugo seal continuously. And it's definitely not a technique but a seal. 

 

(However I do have a hard time accepting this information.)

Its a seal but shares the same name with tsunades technique. As for what it actually means...
