Sorry about any confusion, I will update the main contest page as soon as I can!  Blasted busy job and Holidays rush.

 

Like KnS said, we are opening up our contest so that it's a free-for-all.  You can use the prompts we provide, and/or you can just simply draw/write your own ending to the manga.  Drawings do not need to be entire doujinshis, they can just be a single piece of fanart showing them together!  The same for fics, they don't have to cover everything, they can just be a nice one-shot of part of their future.  :happy:

 

The new deadline is January 31st, so hopefully that will give everyone time to make their own entries.  :smile:

 

Thank you all for showing your interest, I really look forward to seeing your entries!

 

Spread the word among the NaruSaku fandom, and let's make it a great contest!  :D

He should have called Kakashi out on his hypocrisy,

instead he was left alone by Naruto...

After reading everything it looks like you can enter any kind of NS materiel, whether it be fanfiction or fanart, it can be whatever you want. Before there were prompts that were provide, but now you don't have to just use those.

Hey I just recently heard about this Contest and I know a few people that would love to enter, along with myself.

But if I may can I add a couple adjustments to the contest??
1: could we make it so the Contest lasts a whole month? Reason why I ask is because for those who will make multiple chapter endings can submit a couple of their chapters each week in the 4-week time span. Not only will it give them time to make some adjustments in between each week for their ending if need be, but also each week it'll give the reader a sort of "anticipation" of what will happen the next week they reveal their next set of chapters. One of the few things that made us glue to Naruto was the week long wait for each chapter to come out. It made readers excited, nervous and desperate to know what would happen and I think it would be great if we can add that aspect to the contest.

2: Can i add a suggestion to the prize to the #1 winner? Could it be possible to commission different artists within the NS fandom to draw certain moments of the Winning Writers choosing from their Ending to be added along with their work? Not only would it cool but it would also make that Ending "special" among the rest and be remembered among all of us because of those drawings....

You think these might be plausible??

Hello. I have quick, but perhaps stupid question to ask (especially considering how close to the deadline we are, if we haven't already passed it).

 

Is there a time frame within the set deadline by which an entry can be submitted? Like, by 12 midnight, or something.

Sorry my reply is late, but an adaption is fine as long as the writing or artwork is yours.  :smile:
