I say it has to be Obito! Or at least part of his body or something. If it's not... I won't show up here for two days.

FINAL THEORY --- It's gotta be Obito, almost obvious now, but he somehow survived the rocks and managed to use his Mangekyo sharingan to teleport to another place where he somehow fused with the creature zetsu and recuperated, then upon finding out about Rin's death, hatched his master plan. This is the quick summery of my theory, which I actually think, based on evidence, is the best logical conclusion anyone could really come to without taking too much of a gamble.
