He showed everything. There was a bunch of dorkiness on both of their parts, and there was so much love too. That's literally everything I ever thought it should be, but I had no idea it would actually happen!

I couldn't have said it better. The scene where he was crying and the very last page are my favorite parts of this chapter.

Idk, there's just so many scenes from this chapter that were amazing, I can't pick. Like Kaneki being a dork about boobs, Touka's adorable face when he grabbed her lol, Kaneki being self conscious about his arms and Touka seeing it and taking off her shirt (showing him she didn't care), his face when she started kissing his chest, her face when he took her virginity (kinda funny), when he was crying and she noticed, when they were wrapped around each other, and of course the end...

Actually I think I just listed the entire chapter lol

It was such a beautiful chapter. I'm so happy we got it!

I don't know why people are so surprised though that this was purely a sex chapter. Do people just read shounen manga all the time, or what XD? I anticapted this quite well.
Touka handled it like a boss tbh. She tried to make it as normal and comfortable for Kaneki as possible since she what he'd be like.

I went to tumblr. The denial mode of HideKane shippers... At least the shipping war is not that bad. Meanwhile, I'm still salty about NaruHina and get agitated whenever I see pics of them.

I love how they both made it as comfortable for each other as possible. Kaneki waited and asked her if she was ok before he started moving. Judging by her facial expression, Kaneki's got quite the kagune, if you know what I'm saying XD

Tumblr is a zoo right now. It isn't just the HideKane shippers, but the Shuuneki ones too. It's funny how they're throwing ever excuse they can about why TG is bad and how TouKen is bad too. People were trashing the chapter complaining about the sex and calling it hentai (like you said), which it's the furthest thing from, but Mutsuki rapes a dead body or someone gets split in half and it's ok lol those fanbases are being so hypocritical. The difference between this and Naruto is that there was much more grounds for NS as opposed to the ending ships. Hidekane and Shuuneki never were things to begin with, given that Kaneki and Hide aren't attracted to males. That alone kills both those ships. There was never any development for them lol

All the criticism about this chapter is ridiculous, given that there's zero justification for it. The only reason people are crushing this ship on tumblr is because they're mad Kaneki didn't end up with another male, and they hide behind all these other excuses. Touken has had such great/strong development since the start of the story, and people that can't see that haven't read TG lol

Probably lol although to be honest, while I like Akiramon (and love Akira), it doesn't have anything on TouKen for me. The didn't really cross my mind after they left together, not until you said something...

I can't wait to see how Touka and Kaneki interact from here on out (maybe another love scene????? LOL). I bet Kaneki doesn't want to be too far away from her from here on out. I'd love to see him sorta cling to her (like just wanting her close by because he realizes how she's his light).
