Same here..

I'm thinking the arm she has/had is a prosthetic arm. So at the moment just taking it with a grain of salt.

Crazy how amazing 122 and 124 have made me feel. I could fly XD

It's not bad, but just go back and look at the differences. There's less detail,and the drawings look overall a bit rougher. Action scenes are one thing, but when you just have the characters talking, I expect more.
As for the action scenes, Tokyo Ghoul was always awful with that. It's really hard for me to decipher what the hell is happening. This is something that has never changed for me personally, lol.

  
Eh, I honestly don't really see much of a difference. I think that Ishida puts more emphasis on certain scenes and that makes them look a bit different. But looking at the overall art, there really hasn't been much change. Except for Touka, somehow she keeps getting more beautiful lol

I'm fine with the action scenes looking the way they do. Fighting isn't supposed to be clean and crisp, I kinda like how Ishida approaches it.
